Furniture I bought (November) was bandage it's is now March and still getting the run-around on when I'm to get my replacement furniture Same as above

We attempted to buy furniture on a dame as cash basis and was lied to We left the store thinking we had purchased furniture on a same as cash basis 9/08/ I went in to make a payment on 09/15/and the sales rep would not accept the payment talking about additional fees When I told her that we had purchased on a same as cash basis she informed me that she could only take the scheduled amount I did not make the payment at that time I called on Monday to speak with the owner and informed twice that the owner would be in a two different times I was transferred to the sales rep and was informed that [redacted] the sales rep that signed us up was not there I spoke with Ashley who said she could not do anything about it I ask to speak with a manager and was informed that the manager was not available I ask to speak with the head of Customer Care and was informed that the head of that department was not available
