I bought what I thought was a reliable car years agoWe have spent thousands of dollars repairing the vehicle We decided to trade the car for a more reliable oneThat's when we found out our car was a lemon buy backWe weren't told about this when we bought itSome how the title was never branded but the car wasCarfax and AutoCheck state that it is a lemon title carWe owe $4,on a car that is worth far lessI went to Deacon Jones and talked with [redacted] and he told me they did nothing wrong and my issue is with ChryslerThey sold me the car on deception and facts Product_Or_Service: Vehicle

I purchased a Volkswagen Passat from Deacon Jones not even a year ago and the engine is gone On April 2nd my car stopped runningI had it towed to Pep Boys Apr 16th, I had it serviced April 18th , a tune up and the fuel pump was replaced, only to find out that I spent an unnecessary $because I had it towed to the dealer and they said engine was gone after just doing an diagnostic Pep Boys Odr#XXXXXXX$ I contacted the dealer, they said there was nothing they could do except have me apply for another vehicle!

About weeks ago I called the Jeep dealership and asked to test drive a vehicle that was on their lot called the "Grand Cherokee SRT8"I was advised from people that I spoke with that it would not be a problem test driving this vehicleWhen I arrived the sales man [redacted] stated that they would need to run some numbers in order to start this processI waited almost hours when I finally told him its not going to work for me and that this whole time was wastedI stated that I didn't even get to test drive the vehicle [redacted] said that they can't let just anyone test drive the vehicleThe vehicle has miles on it already and [redacted] stated that the owner drives the vehicle all the timeI could tell that this wasn't going to go anywhereAfter I left I called back and wanted to speak to a manager they left him a messageThe GM called me back and I told him the situation, he stated that its policy that the high powered vehicles are not able to be test drivenI asked where was this policy and why wasn't it listed anywhere in the building? He stated that all of Deacon Jones dealerships has this policyI stated that I have never heard of such a thing and that the salesmen didn't even offer to let me test drive a different JeepI had never driven a Jeep product and stated that over the phone prior to me comingI feel that this is a bad practice and I have told several people and Posted it on social media about my experienceThey even low balled me on my trade when I got a higher offer at another dealership

Buying a car can be an intimidating and stressful experience; however, Mr [redacted] and the staff at Deacon [redacted] did an absolutely outstanding job with helping me purchase my first vehicle! Upon arriving at the dealership, all of the employees were extremely patient, insightful and willing to assist with finding the perfect vehicle for meI truly appreciate the highly valued and qualified service Deacon Jones provided, and I look forward to returning there for any vehicle purchases in the future!

I bought a 2011 [redacted] from them in July and 4 months later the alternator went out. Called them and they did not care. They wanted me to tow the truck to the dealership at my expense. They stated that they did not have anyway to tow the vehicle. A dealership that big show have a fleet of tow trucks for these sub par vehicles that they sell. I will never buy from them again. I shouldn't have to start working on a $27,000 vehicle 4 months after I bought it.

I would rather not ever have to do business with them at all if I can help itMy son went first time car shopping, first time dealing with them at all as a family He's young, doesn't know much about buying a car Choice a car off the lot, late in the evening! They had talked to me over the phone.I had to cosign, no problem! Was going to go back the next day to do paperwork But found something else before the next morning somewhere else Told them at deacon that he wasn't interested in getting the car anymoreThey called us back several times back to backThe last time they called him onlyAnd that's when they threatened him with a lawsuit just because he didn't want the carNo papers were signed! They thought because he was young and didn't know much about buying a car that they were going to get away with bullying him to buy a carAnd if I had have heard the phone conversation when they calledHe thought that they could do that! And I told him that they couldn't! Makes me wonder just how many people that they have done that way

I was promised several additions that the company made almost impossibleAll additions were installed except they installed downgraded towing mirrors
I was promised several additions to my vehicleThese additions included the towing mirrors that should have came with my truckAfter the install I have never used them to their potential, tried the other day but can't as they are basic mirrorsMy mirrors should fold in an out electronically but do not they are only manually operatedI have tried to call and can never get them to call me backThese are not the mirrors I was promised and I cannot er the dealership to return my phone calls in order to figure this out

Vehicle was brought in for recalls Vehicle was returned to customer with mechanical problem and broken part...both left unmentioned and unfixed
We purchased a *** *** on 6/9/that had two recalls: one for Engine Timing Chain and one for Driver Air Bag Inflator Brought it into dealership on 6/23/for the recalls We noticed the vehicle was leaking once home and that a piece of something was also broken and hanging from the back passenger area of the driver's side We thought the leak was overflow of fluids from the recent Engine Timing Chain recall, however, even after wiping things down, the leak continued When looking more closely at the broken piece, we noticed the tech had broken the jack point, but never mentioned it to us On 7/14/16, we brought the vehicle back to the dealership because of the new leak and broken jack point We received a call that day saying the radiator was leaking, denied it had anything to do with them working recently on the engine
