Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: $for using it for weeks is ludicrousThis is on top of the new battery I had to install after my family was stuck in the rain with a dead battery days after purchase The agreed upon maintenance was never completed by your "mechanic", even after waiting on separate occasions.
This isn't how business is operated.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: First of all Pan American Auto never offered a warranty at all for the Volvo as a matter of fact when I complained about this vehicle they quickly told me the car was sold "as is". Second of all I drove the car to Pan American Auto to tell them there was something wrong with the car and they finally told me to come up there after many attempts to get this situation taken care of . The car was mobile, but it kept stopping on me and I had a hard [redacted]e putting it into reverse as well as drive. I called them about this car the very next day. Pan American Auto has ads that stated this car was in perfect running condition and they verbally told me it was a good car it ended up being a lemon. It was hard to get this dealership to do anything about the car. My mother gave me the money to get a car and quite naturally she was upset because of this dealership irresponsible behavior and the fact that I needed to work in order to take care of my children. I paid almost $1200.00 for the car and it should of at least ran as stated in the advertisement that I will include. [redacted]'s even told me it was a very good car. My question is how do you know it is a good car if you don't test them. So again that is false advertisement. I finally get another car, a 2000 Chrysler 300m from them, and 18 days later the car is broke down but they haven't seen me drive it up there because it is immobile. Just like the first car I called them on these problems immediately and still to this day they won't do anything about it. The pain and suffering I've endured from all this is sickening, because I have lost everything including being suspended from my job. I can't get to the doctor like I should I can't get to the grocery store or take my kids anywhere. I drove both the cars probably a total of 3 weeks. For almost $1200.00 I deserve more than that. Besides that it started with their false advertisements as well as them telling me it was a good car. I trusted them because they were a car dealership. They never told me during the purchase that it was a trade in and that it had not been checked out. If you say it is a good car verbally and advertise it as so, then I'm under the impression that this car has already been checked out. [redacted] is unfair and unjust. My mother is a great woman who gave her last to help me get a car so I could keep my job and take care of my kids. She didn't threaten Pan American Auto she promised them that she would seek justice, and she won't stop until she does. It's ironic how we were looking for an attorney and ran into one who is already working on yet another case against Pan American Auto so the law firm was unable to assist us at the same time. The 2000 Chrysler they sold me has an implied warranty checked off and they will not even honor that. And again with this car no warranty was offered to purchase. Lies catch up with people. I just want my money back so I can go buy a car. I just need it to run. I have purchased cars for cheaper and they have lasted a few years. I have included the posts they advertised regarding the 2000 Volvo, which they attempted to change the wording but thank God I saved the original posts.
Regards,
[redacted]

[redacted],
Panamerican Auto Sales recently received a letter from the Revdex.com regarding complaint ID [redacted]. We at Panamerican Auto Sales value our customers and our ongoing relationship with our customers. We are in a business that requires much more attention to detail than most, and do encounter obstacles along the way as any business will. We also would like to take this time to explain a little on the situation regarding the purchased vehicle BMW 7 series VIN [redacted]:
[redacted] agreed to all the terms and disclosures about the vehicle and the deal; there was no confusion between the two parties. We do not believe [redacted] had the best intentions to make all payments and complete his loan terms for the vehicle. He gave us false information including payment information.
[redacted] was extremely late on many of his payments. Some payments were months late before any attempt to pay was made by [redacted]. We informed that if he did not intend to pay for the vehicle as agreed in our contract, we would have to repossess the vehicle due to non-payment.
Many chances were given to [redacted] to adhere to the policies and contract set into place by Panamerican Auto Sales and [redacted] began to become distraught after learning we fully intended to repossess the car if another unreasonably late payment was made. We had given him plenty of chances and he intended not to follow through on many payments.
We, Panamerican Auto Sales, repossessed the car on November 21, 2013 due to his payment now being extremely late. We were in full right to repossess a vehicle and did not see any wrong doing on our part. All allegations on Panamerican Auto Sales of using force or threatening messages are completely false.
[redacted] simply did not intend to make regular payments on a vehicle he agreed to make payments on. We do not feel it is our responsibility to ensure the customer keeps the vehicle even after so many requests to be on time with payments.
I thank you for your time in reviewing this matter. First, I want to state the procedures and policies here at Panamerican Auto Sales. We strongly encourage test...
drives and personal mechanic checks to be sure the car the customer is purchasing meets their standards. We also offer a warranty with our vehicles; the warranty covers the main mechanical components of the vehicle. The customer has the choice to purchase or decline the warranty offered,
In regards to this particular sale with [redacted], she had first bought a Volvo from us, which we had acquired through a trade-in. [redacted] wanted to purchase the car with minimal cash, so we did all the paperwork to accept a lower price on the vehicle. She had visited us multiple times, each time driving the Volvo she purchased from us. She stated the vehicle was mechanically unsound, which we did not believe seeing that the car had been running ever since we sold it.
[redacted] explained her story, her need to get a better vehicle than the Volvo, so after many visits to our dealership we finally agreed to put her into another vehicle. She drove away in the Chrysler, and did not say anything about it until a couple of weeks later. [redacted] wanted another vehicle. At this time, we offered to help her get into a newer vehicle with lower mileage, but she would need to finance it. We did not have any cars around her original price range, but we offered to assist her in finding financing for a newer car. She refused and left our dealership.
We received multiple phone threats from a woman claiming to be [redacted]’s mother. We did not want [redacted] to feel like she needed to have people call in to threaten us, so we had offered as much assistance as possible. At this time, we had informed [redacted] we were limited on resources, but offered some resolutions. [redacted] has declined all of our suggestions, stating she just wants to be given a new vehicle
