Read great reviews online and decided to have veneers done with them, but ended up regretting itThe staff were friendly, but there were multiple issues throughout the processTheir website claims that they offer hour assistance, but I had temp veneers placed on a Thursday afternoon, and was literally unable to get a hold of anyone from the office when one of the temps fell off the very next morningTheir receptionist answered the phone, but advised me they were all going on a business trip to Atlanta and that she had no way to get a hold of anyone who could helpI got off the phone, thought about it a bit, and decided to call back and demand help because I had a bare "nub" of a tooth in my mouth with no covering on it, and had been promised hour help by the establishment's own websiteThe office receptionist sounded frustrated, and repeated there was no way for me to get in touch with a dentist until the following Monday (remember, this was a Friday and the day right after they had filed my teeth down and put the temps on - less than hours later)I got a little irrate at this point and then took a different tack and basically begged for her to attempt to find me some help in getting the temp replacedShe finally gave me the cell number of one of the dental assistants, and I called that numberThe person who answered told me she would have another assistant named Taryn call me backTook me the better part of half the day while on the road (I was on my way to Texas when the temp fell off) and calls to different cell numbers to finally get an assistant who was able to replace the temp herself the next morningThey did not appear to have any system in place for a customer to get emergency help in a situation that you would think they have to deal with quite oftenThe temp was replaced that Saturday morning, but fell off again two days later while I was in Texas, so I had to pay a dentist there to redo the tempSurprisingly, the temp put on my dentist in Texas stayed on the next few weeksAlso, the office mgr who offered Care Credit as a financing option explained the program as 0% interest, and offered different financing terms, or yearsI specifically asked if they were both 0% interest, as there would seem to be no reason to do the shorter term if so, and was told yesThe program is actually a "deferred interest" program for years, and so if I had failed to read the terms upon getting the Care Credit card I would have gotten a nasty surprise at the year mark when all that accrued interest was suddenly chargedThis is a nasty bit of information to fail to disclose to a customerI was also charged $for a bleaching "system", but was not advised of what was part of that system at any point, and, whenever I requested to opt out of the second part of said system upon realizing how much it cost and that it wasn't part of what was necessary to get my veneers, was advised by the office mgr that whether I took advantage of the second part of the system or not I had already been charged and they would not refund meI actually asked multiple times to talk to the owner or actual dentist himself to lodge a complaint and relay to him the poor experience and poor communication, but was told by the office he was busy and would be unavailable to speak with meI stated I would be leaving a negative review with the Revdex.com, and was told by the office manager she wasn't going to listen my "threats" and was hung up onShe basically refused to even allow me to talk to her manager or the dentist who had offered me care in the first placeAn incredibly frustrating scenarioThe entire experience was incredibly unprofessional, and I highly advise those seeking dental care to seek out a different provider
Read great reviews online and decided to have veneers done with them, but ended up regretting it. The staff were friendly, but there were multiple issues throughout the process. Their website claims that they offer 24 hour assistance, but I had temp veneers placed on a Thursday afternoon, and was literally unable to get a hold of anyone from the office when one of the temps fell off the very next morning. Their receptionist answered the phone, but advised me they were all going on a business trip to Atlanta and that she had no way to get a hold of anyone who could help. I got a little irrate at this point and then took a different tack and basically begged for her to attempt to find me some help in getting the temp replaced. She finally gave me the cell number of one of the dental assistants, and I called that number. The person who answered told me she would have another assistant named Taryn call me back. Took me the better part of half the day while on the road (I was on my way to Texas when the temp fell off) and calls to 3 different cell numbers to finally get an assistant who was able to replace the temp herself the next morning. They did not appear to have any system in place for a customer to get emergency help in a situation that you would think they have to deal with quite often. The temp was replaced that Saturday morning, but fell off again two days later while I was in Texas, so I had to pay a dentist there to redo the temp. Surprisingly, the temp put on my dentist in Texas stayed on the next few weeks. Also, the office mgr who offered Care Credit as a financing option explained the program as 0% interest, and offered 2 different financing terms, 2 or 4 years. I specifically asked if they were both 0% interest, as there would seem to be no reason to do the shorter term if so, and was told yes. The program is actually a "deferred interest" program for 2 years, and so if I had failed to read the terms upon getting the Care Credit card I would have gotten a nasty surprise at the 2 year mark when all that accrued interest was suddenly charged. This is a nasty bit of information to fail to disclose to a customer. I was also charged $800 for a bleaching "system", but was not advised of what was part of that system at any point, and, whenever I requested to opt out of the second part of said system upon realizing how much it cost and that it wasn't part of what was necessary to get my veneers, was advised by the office mgr that whether I took advantage of the second part of the system or not I had already been charged and they would not refund me. I actually asked multiple times to talk to the owner or actual dentist himself to lodge a complaint and relay to him the poor experience and poor communication, but was told by the office he was busy and would be unavailable to speak with me. I stated I would be leaving a negative review with the Revdex.com, and was told by the office manager she wasn't going to listen my "threats" and was hung up on. She basically refused to even allow me to talk to her manager or the dentist who had offered me care in the first place. An incredibly frustrating scenario. The entire experience was incredibly unprofessional, and I highly advise those seeking dental care to seek out a different provider.
