I have bought cars at John Lee and have spoken highly about them in the community I referred my daughter to them for service on her car I regret advising her to come to do soI understand that this situation is different and I expected a different response from your companyShe had repair work done on a Mitsubishi at a cost of approximately $2500, before the service department told her that the "car can't be fixed" Justin, Manager, in the Service Department, told her that your company would work something out with her That she could use the $as a down payment and your company would help get her a car Well, that didn't happen and so she asked for a refund for the repairs That didn't happen eitherI don't expect you to "give" her a car I did expect you to honor your promise that you would help her Right now she works part-time, and I understand that is a problem, however, she needs a car to either get another part-timejob or to get a full-time job No help, no refund It's an unusual situation that should call for unusual service That's mighty poor service, after the promise made by your ManagerI contacted the Management team 11-10-and expressed my grievance No one has contacted me or my daughter Since there is no help forthcoming or keeping their word, I would suggest a compromise of returning her money for parts and NOT the labor
