Tell us why July 25, To Whom It May Concern: [redacted] Bridal & Formal is a great customer service oriented establishment that has been in business for over yearsThe majority of our customers are referral giving us even more pride in our abilities to provide service to a plethora of brides of all ages, sizes, ethnicity, and backgroundsIn reference to the complaint by our client we sincerely apologize for this confusion, and we did take every initiative possible to come to a sound resolution to this matterThe customer was offered 10% discount on top of an extra 5% for being a referral at the time of purchase at the register, in which during the transaction it was understood among the customer, manager, and salesperson this sale would be treated as that of a floor sale even though the dress was ordered brand newAfter the incident an extra 15% discount was included to compensate for the error rendering a complete 30% off the original price of the designated dressAlong with this she was also offered ½ off of any alterations along with priority appointmentsA FULL REFUND was offered to the client with the understanding the dress would remain in our possession allowing her the opportunity to purchase another dress if she felt more comfortableEven though so close to the wedding our utmost priority was to compensate the customer in order to solve this error with the utmost empathy, and causing no further distressHuman errors are bound to happen to anybodyWe once more sincerely apologize to MsPellerinWe feel as though we did everything from our end and under the circumstances we possibly could Thanks for your cooperation [redacted] BRIDE & FORMALCYPRESS CREEK PARKWAYCONTACT: 281-580-0066EMAIL: PANACHEBRIDALUSA.COM here
