Pampered Pets Boarding and Grooming

After getting my puppy after only a weekend at "pampered" pets, we will never be back. My 11-month old standard poodle has not had an accident since being trained at 3-4 months old. My mom picked up my fur-baby and remarked that he needed a bath after playing so hard... When I got his bed out of the car (that the worker had folded and put in without saying a word) it was so heavy I could hardly lift it because it was so soaked through with urine and covered in feces. Not only was he nasty, and his bed and blanket ruined, all of his toys had dried feces on them as well. I am sickened at the thought of any animal being left here, obviously unattended for the entire stay. The business is not answering my phone calls but we will obviously never use them again and I will tell all my friends to avoid them as well!
