Good Afternoon, This is [redacted] office manager at New England ReglazeAs of today 11/28/this matter has been resolvedWe initially heard of this complaint and it was resolved on 5/26/We recently heard of a new complaint and set up an appointment for a repair for 11/26/We had a technician come on said date and he was unable to complete his assignment due to non compliance of the customerWe've attempted to, on numerous occasions contact the customer's daughter, Ms [redacted] but haven't been able toWe have left voicemails and the last was on this dateOur priority is customer satisfactionOur customer's daughter requested a refund and we have decided to give them said refundIf any additional questions should arise please feel free to contact me at [redacted] As always have a great day Thanks, [redacted] ***

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #*** IF I RECEIVE A REFUND CHECKI would like to say that all the info from *** is incorrectThis is the original complaintService on 5/26/was us paying to have the tub reglazed AGAIN after we paid for several repairs of the original Reglaze about years agoThis second Reglaze started peeling again in SeptemberWe contacted ME Reglaze on several occasions by phone, email and letter via *** mail all of which we ignoredWe did not hear from them until 11/when they received this complaintI explained to *** I did not want it repaired againNo technician came out on 11/as I was home all day longI was never noncompliant as I was never given the opportunity to be noncompliantNE Reglaze ignored all my requestsIf you look at all the reviews online this is how they run their businessI received a message today that they were sending a check as per my requestWe'll see if this happened
