To Whom It may Concern, It is Pamby Motors policy that customers who purchase a vehicle under the *** Affiliate program do not receive free oil changes due to the very limited profit structure of these types of purchases. Customers who participate in this type of
purchase must obtain a control number from the *** Affiliate reward website. The website instructs customers to inform their dealer that they are an Affiliate purchase at the very beginning of the buying processThis is to be done so that any exceptions or changes to the dealers buying process can be disclosed by the dealer in advance. Unfortunately this customer did not do as such, instead waiting until near the very end of the buying process, and after the salesperson had touted the value of our free oil change program, to disclose the fact that they had an Affiliate control number. This particular salesperson is, and has been for several years, fully aware of the disqualification from the free oil change program that the reduced pricing of an Affiliate Purchase brings.
