PSM was hired to repair the tile flooring in my kitchenThe work was inferior and when "completed" the grout lines didn't line up w/the old ones I hired Ryan and PSM to repair my tile flooring on or about October I bought all of the materials and the agreed upon price for labor was $ I noticed very quickly that Ryan did not show up on time and tended to leave early on most days On the final day (when the grouting was done, and you could actually see the lines) the new grout lines were not aligned with the existing grout lines bu about a half inchThere were also humps that were so big,, you could stump your toe on them when walking I discussed this with Ryan and he said that he would come back days later and "fix" it by moving tiles....I told him that would not work because when you moved those then the next would be out of line etcetc In a subsequent conversation over the phone, I told him it would all have to be torn out and redone and that I
