Dont buy a car from them, they have a passtime system to turn your car off if you dont pay, which is fineBut when you do pay and the passtime system doesnt work you cant get a hold of anyone to help with the issueWhich leaves me trying to figure out how I am going to get to them and pray that someone is there to replace the passtime key coderThe service after the sale is horrible with this company dont buy from themThey are all friendly with you until you sign on the line then they are rude and very unhelpful

Mr [redacted] placed an order for ammunition being shipped to MA As per our terms and conditions, we cannot ship ammunition to MA and we clearly state that it is the customers responsibility to check our terms and conditions for restrictions If the customer places an order for an restricted state then we have the right to charge a 5% restocking fee In this case we have already waived the restocking fee The customer was refunded the full purchase price

Unfortunately Sku number *** is out of stock and the customer had to be refunded The full amount of the item purchased was refunded on We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused the customer and I will gladly refund the shipping on this order Please

response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, I will accept the refund of the shipping, but it is not the delay in shipping that frustrated me the most, it was the lack of communicationI don't think it's unreasonable to expect a reply back to an email within a weeks timeNot only that, but I sent multiple emails that were not replied to in a timely mannerBetter yet, they were not replied to at all. It took filing a complaint before I even heard anything back. I think they could have done a better job trying to keep a customerFrom now on I will think twice before buying from them again, that is if I actually do decide to buy from them at all

This order was placed on 09.02.2014.  The first two items was shipped from our Main warehouse on 09.04.2014 which was within 2 business days.  The order two items had to be shipped from our warehouse across town and was shipped on 09.08.2014 which was within 4 business days of placing the...

order.  As per our terms and conditions, all our orders will ship out within 5 business days of placing the order.  This order was shipped well within that time.  The item that shipped on 09.08.2014 will be delivered by UPS on 09.15.2014.

back to the shipped.  [redacted] did not show any movement on this package until 07.15.2016.  It arrive back in our warehouse on 07.21.2016 - I do apologize for the delay in getting it reshipped at this stage.  This package was reshipped on 07.27.2016 on tracking number [redacted].I do understand your frustration in this matter but unfortunately we do not have control on how [redacted] ships these packages. I will offer you a 10% discount coupon for a next purchase.
