Mr [redacted] and Ms [redacted] terminated their lease Our company policy is to charge a lease termination fee equal to two month's rent We agreed to only charge them one month They agreed to this and signed the termination agreement The noise complaints were addressed as they came in The majority of the complaints were during the day Mr [redacted] was on a different work schedule so the noise during the day caused problems for him He informed the Manager that they needed somewhere with a yard and with no-one above them There were instances where Mr [redacted] and Ms [redacted] parked their vehicle illegally on a number of occasions There was also a box full of dog waste left outside of their door on more than one occasion This family also acquired an additional dog and did not register it with the office or pay the fees associated with having a pet The termination fee was paid and posted to their account on 7/7/ The Manager is agreeing to remove the day of rent that was charged in the amount of $and pro-rated renter's insurance for a total of $

I realize this complaint is now closed I had to have surgery and was unable to respond until now They wouldn’t have me listed as *** *** I was unmarried at the time the lease was signed and it was under *** ***I was the co-signer for my son

This is in response to the statement received by Ms*** *** in regards to concerns during her son’s time and stay at the Cadence apartmentsWe are unable to find Ms***’s information on file as a guarantorDue to the company’s privacy policy, we are limited to how much communication and
background we can provide to non-lease holders or approved individuals on the physical lease agreementMrV*** was in good faith trying to resolve any questions or concerns in regards to Mr*** move out statementIn the correspondence provided, Ms*** notified us that the lease holder did go into the office after a series of emails, the last dated September 7thShe notes that the lease holder spoke with the management team on site prior to the account being sent to collectionsThere is no mention or documentation of reduced fees from the last communication that occurred with MrV*** and Mr*** on siteThe balance was still due during this time and was sent over to collects approxdays after this meeting as no payment was yet receivedIn Ms***’s statement, she referenced to a friend that worked with the Cadence in the previous year and that the employees conduct many of the labor requirements vsthe contracted labor assigned to the Cadence and prices were inflatedCadence was a part of different ownership in the previous year with Coastal Ridge taking over management in December We are unable to speak to the actions or processes prior to Coastal Ridge’s ownership of CadenceDuring the Turn of 2016, all work associated to painting and major cleaning was completed by a third-party company contracted by the Cadence.Resolution: as the previous lease holder was aware there was still a balance due on the account after last communication and meeting with management team on site on or around September 7th and no payment was made prior to September 26th, no credit for the collection agency is warrant

It was just made aware to me that Palmer House is charging me $37 for rent and $0.33 for renters insurance because they claim that the keys were not turned in on time. However, we were instructed that they keys be turned in Monday morning of June 19th. I personally dropped the keys off into the...

leasing office's drop box Monday morning of June 19 because the office was not yet open and I was on my way to class. They are claiming they did not receive the keys that Monday. Also, the following emails are complaints that were sent to Palmer house:
