Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I hope that this back and forth gives you pause as to whether this is the type of business you want associated with the Revdex.com good name This "warranty" explanation does not appear on the invoice and was not provided until we are several emails into this matter A typical understanding of warranty is that if the problem recurs within the warranty period, it is fixed for free or refunded This business is now trying to create a definition o warranty after the fact to justify that he didn't back up his work and instead try to upsell me on something that I didn't needHe does not know what was said to me by the tech because he was not there when the conversation occurred and he was not on the phone when the conversation occurred either He is also allowing his frustration over the situation to affect his memory of the events No, he did not offer to come out that evening as he said Even if he did, it would not have changed anything so I am not sure why he is even focusing on this No, I was never provided an option include only a drain line replacement by either him or his tech over the several times that either I or my husband spoke with him either at first service, the call after, the return "warranty" visit or the numerous emails after NO, I never threatened to take him to court if he did not refund my money-- though its my right to do that if I want to There is an email on an entirely different matter in which I said I was weighing options on an AC replacement in which I questioned whether it was truly needed after this "evap coil/drain pan" fiasco and that I was weighing options, including going to court However that was a completely separate matter, which he is confusing with this one And it was well before my request for the refund Of course when you find out that someone is trying to sell you things you don't need, you do tend to question everything But that is an issue for another day This is a matter involving a warranty service that I had to pay someone else to perform Therefore, I am entitled to a refund because I should not have had to pay someone for the same thing I paid him to do.If he wants to explain to the State Board why he and his tech insisted that I needed an evap coil and drain replacement for $2300, we can go that route but it won't have anything to do with this warranty refund claim He told me that was the reason I was having the problem in the first place and then his tech told me that was the reason that the problem reoccurred was because I did not pay them to perform the $repair that I did not need My request is straightforward--the issue reoccured during the warranty period I had to pay someone else to perform else for the same service within the warranty period, which is why I want a refund I am not making any money off this, I am just trying to avoid paying twice for the same service Regards, When we offer a warranty to a customer on a repair that DOES NOT include a part, we INCLUDE a day warranty on the repairWhen our technician goes back to the customers home for a call back within the day warranty and finds that the problem CAN NOT be resolved WITH OUT replacement of parts, that is when we find the best solution that WE deem fit to resolve the issueAlso we apply any money spent on the repairs to the job WE deem fit to solve the problemNow if we would have replaced any parts at the home and the problem continued, I would authorize a 100% money back guaranteeThis warranty explanation does not appear anywhere on the invoice and has never been explained until just now This is not what most people think of as a warrantyI want to make it clear to you and anyone reading thisI am the one that told Mrs [redacted] over the phone, that there was a miscommunication problem between herself and the tech and that we could POSSIBLY just change the drain lineMrs [redacted] did not allow the technician to give her that option, so before I spoke to Mrs [redacted] the technician told me he could possibly just replace the line but Mrs [redacted] just wanted the drain line to be flushed againI have always ran this company to be fairAt the end of the day I treat people how I would want to be treatedThat is why [redacted] has been around since and has continued to keep a great rating with the Revdex.com No, this is false He NEVER offered me an option to just replace the line In fact, he completed paperwork with a cost estimate for the evap coil and pan replacement only--I have a copy of this This was NEVER, ever given as an option and I gave him plenty of times to do so, including when I first spoke with him after the initial repair when I told him we could not afford a big job right nowNow Mrs [redacted] , did I not ask you over the phone when the technician left your home if you wanted me to come out right then and there? No, this never happenedIt would also not have changed a thing.I remember you telling me not to come, because every technician that I sent over you had problems with, mainly miscommunication but when you dealt with me primarily everything worked out smoothlyUnfortunately, I was not available, due to personal matters at that time but I made myself available to you because I could understand your frustration and all I wanted to do is make you happyYOU DECLINEDYou made it more than clear that you did not want to do business with [redacted] ***, unless I was the main point of contact for youIt doesn't work like that, there are times that I am just not availableThis does not matter to my claim that the warranty didn't cover the full days, not sure why he is focusing on this point at allI trust my team with their recommendations and observations on every job siteThey are the trained professionals with the experience and know howWe are always growing with the intention to provide better service to all of our customersIf you think by threatening me and my company with your bully tactics, by telling me you will take to COURT if I don't give you a refund , in previous emails to me and now by threatening me by filing a complaint with the [redacted] All of my documents, pictures, emails, and etcare all in order.Do not do me any favors, we can take this as far as you want to go
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I am very disappointed that I took the time to travel seven hours to Kenosha Wisconsin to purchase a pickup that I was told had absolutely no issuesThis was my very first vehicle purchase and I feel as if they are treating this issue as they are never going to do business with me again.I purchased my dodge ram pickup on Saturday January 17th, for just under $20,On my FIRST stop at the gas station we immediately ran into problems as the fuel pump does not disengage when it is supposed to, causing fuel to overflow on the side of the truck and all over the ground around it, which is a HUGE safety issueUpon reviewing our Verizon phone records we contacted Palmen motors on Monday January, 19th for the first timeSpeaking with [redacted] he told us the issue would be "looked into." [redacted] previously stated that the pickup went through state inspectionsDoes this require the vehicle to be filled with fuel? That is the only way someone would have caught the fuel issue before a sale was made When speaking with ***las Jackson for the first time regarding this issue he claimed to have been sitting inside the vehicle "because it was a little chilly out" not noticing if the gas had overflowed, like it has done every single time since I have purchased this vehicleI feel as this is a major safety issue and has not been dealt with any urgencyAs [redacted] stated he was made aware of this issue on February 16, 2015, at 12:05pmAs I previously stated we called Palmen Motors on January 19, about the fuel issue and owners manualAlmost a MONTH prior to the time [redacted] claimed to be notified, and according to my Verizon phone records I contacted them eight times after the 19th trying to get this resolved speaking with [redacted] and Courtney the service managerMultiple times leaving messages that were never returned. When Palmen Motors finally recommended me to take the pickup in to be diagnosed there was a two week time period for them to work on my pickup and for me to realize the issue had still not been resolved. My experience with Palmen Motors has been very disappointingAs you can see I asked for my owners manual on January 19th and they did not even place the order until March 14th according to ***Almost a TWO MONTH time periodThis is a perfect example of how they have handling my fuel tank issue and my entire experience with this business. In response to ***'s misuse of quotations marks stating that I said "Im not going to let this die." I asked to speak to the owner of Palmen Motors and [redacted] said good luck trying to get ahold of him, thats why he hires guys like meI responded with "Im not sure what my next step is, but this is not over with."On March 17, [redacted] said he did not have any options to resolve this issueI stated from the beginning we would be satisfied if they would cover the faulty fuel tank and we would pay for the labor costs at our local dealership Regards, [redacted]

I spoke to Mrs*** numerous times concerning this issue, she told me she had a family friend come out not a company and he replaced the complete drain line because we refused to FLUSH the drain lineOn 4-1-I
also recommended on the invoice that the evaporator coil, drain pan and
the drain
line should be replaced due to the condition of the equipmentThat is when I gave them an estimate for replacementWhen the tech arrived the second time he took pictures of the equipment to show Mrs*** and make her aware of the condition the primary drain line was in and how it is not inline with current State Code RegulationsThe tech informed her that he would not be able to flush out the drain line because it would not go back together properly (I have pictures) and it would cause more problems such as drywall damage from the union leaking water
Before the tech could even go into any options about the repairs she
told him " it's under warranty just flush the line, the guy I spoke on
the phone said you were going to flush the line" The tech refused to
flush the line because of the liability and the condition of the
equipmentThe warranty offered on the drain line flush is for us to come back at NO CHARGE to re-inspect the repair and if it could be repaired it would be done at NO CHARGEIn this case it could not be repaired because of the condition the equipment at the time We at the The Appliance Man A/C & Heating believe in informing the customer about there equipment wether or not they believe this to be correct pictures do not lieWe will not refund Mrs***The contracted was upheld 100% on our side.Respectfully, Oscar ** F* Jr

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
The car dealership was willing to settle this for a $450 payment from me on Friday. When I got there they expected me to sign a release. I refused and did not get the car. Within a couple hours they returned the car to me at no charge. I picked it up Saturday with no issues. It was the Palmen GMC, but this location handled the repair.
Sincerely,
