Review: I own a 2009 Chrsler 300,that was recalled by Chrysler. I took it to the dealer,Palmen Mon July 27,2015.Talked to [redacted],Service Consultant. He did not have the Air Bag inflator housing. So he scheduled me for Monday August 3rd,2015@07:30 am .Said that he would have it. They did not! And won't have it for 4 months.! I need a safe car to drive right now!This vehicle is not SAFE!
I bought this car at Palme.Desired Settlement: repair my Chrysler 300,and give a loaner until they do repair it safety. I drive 70 miles to from work And it is Not safe!!

Review: I went in for service September 15th 2014 for my airbags and passenger seatbelt. The same problem has occurred less then a year later. My warranty has been expired on my vehicle for 2000 miles when I took my car back for service on September 12th of 2015.Desired Settlement: Bring my vehicle back in for service at no cost and fix as if it was under warranty.
