This company continues to bill me for a business I no longer ownI contacted them in October to let them know the business is sold and gave the new owners info to themThe billed me for November and December and still didn’t recieve a refund for eitherI told them in November again after they bullled me and they still billed me for DecemberI requested a refund and still didn’t get oneI have hours involved with the bank to get the charges reversed and finally got November backI had to go to a notary and get documents notorized at my expense and have to do again for DecemberI had also bought a new phone system for $and never received all the equipment I paid for only the phonesThis company is horrible to deal with*** the owner just gives you a run around and doesn’t return your callsGreg says I will give he info to josh and I never get a call back

We are not a Pizza Phone System customer, but rather there are (were) one of our customers They purchase the routers and hotspots that get installed at their customers restaurants The person that places orders with us is Josh Rowe the owner of the company Ever since we extended terms to him, he consistently doesn't pay his bills We cut off his credit a few weeks ago and he tried to purchase through a leasing company so that he can still purchase - we said no, pay your bills first He always has a story on why he is late in paying One of the addresses he used for his orders was a UPS Store and another was "Quick Bail Bonds" address I called the Quick Bail Bonds place and sure enough, Josh called me back immediately and was angry that I called this place Why are you using their address on your orders then? We are giving him more days to pay his balance and then turning this over to our attorney to sue him in court (which he will lose) for all past due balances, finance charges, court costs and attorney fees

Owner Josh Rowe screams and yells until he gets his wayVery unpleasant to speak with

We paid to have a VOIP phone system put into our restaurant and when we were ready to open, the service did not work
After a week of no service while they were "Trying to build the server", we switced phone VOIP services to another provider
We canceled the service and want our $back and told them we would ship the phone system back if they would refund the moneyInstead they keep trying to debit $from my checking account
Also *** *** has a potty mouth and called me a F%ing LiarI felt I was dealing with the Mob
I want them to stop trying to debit my account without my authorization
Also I will send they the phone system back if they can refund my $setup feeI am willing to do it by Fedex COD with certified funds

I am a contractor who was hired by Pizza Phone in Lansing MI and never received payment for any services performedBe careful of this company if you decide to do business with them

Completely unprofessional and lousy company to do business with Josh and Greg ripped me off $for a system that never worked I tried working with them for months They couldn't get the system working Finally shipped the system back Now they won't return a call or email and have not refunded my money Shipped the system back to them over months ago! Paid for the system months ago! I dealt directly with the owners Josh and Greg Rowe I'll be at the Pizza Expo with printouts of our emails I'll be wearing a "ask me about my experience with PIZZA PHONE" t-shirt! Hope to see you there!

The worst business decision that I have made thus far! Although my sale mans Greg and tech Richie are good guys and try to fix the phone issues the owner Josh and system itself is faultyJosh has quite an attitude problem and just doesn't want to completely fix the phone issues in which I have called in at least times for technical issues that are reoccurringI'm loosing out on $1000s of dollars when my customers are having issues calling my pizza shopIf it's not static on the line, calls being dropped, calls not even going thru, it's just never ending problemsThey will lie to you on the phone about the issues when I have everything well documented on the system operationsThey also over charged me for service which I notified them the same day and was reassured that I will be refunded the amount right away, long story short that was a month and a half ago and still no refundI'm am seeking legal consul to pursue my legal options

Horrible CompanyBad products and they over bill us regularlyIts a constant fightOne our contract is done we are OUT

we sign up with pizza phone in april told we would get free installation witch valued they charged us then after hounded them till November 3-times a week we finally got our refund Was told we would get a free month of service on them for the hassle never got the free month Then I asked to remove cell data baa monthly fee It has been months and they still charge us the I would not recommend this company For phones they are the worst

I purchased the system in April It has never worked When they were taking my calls, they would always ask for more time to resolve the issue They kept blaming the current provider for not porting the phone number I reached out to my phone carrier and was told they had not received a request to port I conveyed that to the owner of Pizza Phone, *** Eventually, *** and his partner stopped taking my calls and refused to return my emails I was very patient with them Each time they asked for more time to resolve the issue, I gave them at least that much time before calling them again Finally, August 29th, I shipped the system back to them vis usps with received signature required I have yet to hear back from them I have attempted to reach them via email and phone since the system was returned They have not refunded my money or returned any communication I paid $for the phone system

I bought the pizza phone system in November System was partly installed the beginning of JanuaryI think is a one man show, as I always try to reach them and they arent availablePhones dont workI am being charged for equipment and per month already for month and product is not workingIT person blamed it on different thing, my modem, ectthings were replaced and I can never get a time to have someone call me backI asked for my money back and they arent returning my call
