Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am willing to accept the refund of $1400.00 within reasonable time frame. I would like to be contacted as to when the refund is processed and when I will receive it.
Regards,

Review: On August 28, 2014 Paladin Construction repaired my roof and gutters due to hail damage from the recent storm. Upon signing paperwork prior to the start of work, when asked what color of gutters I would like to have. I stated that I wanted sandstone, as that is the current color of my gutters that matches my home. Travis K[redacted], project manager for the company, at no point ever showed my wife or I samples of the gutter colors. He wrote sandstone on the contract, to which I have all the paperwork stating. Once the gutters were put up I informed Travis that the gutters were not sandstone and that they did not match. After several calls to him as well as messages left, he finally returned my call 2 weeks later. At that point another month passed and several commitments of coming by to see them were broken, he finally came and took a look a the gutters and confirmed that they were in fact NOT sandstone. It is now August of 2015, almost a year from when they began construction and I am still waiting to have my gutters replaced with the correct ones. I have attempted to contact the company many many times and never receive a call back. I have learned that Travis is no longer with this company, however the company still refuses to resolve the issue. In June of 2015, Jason D[redacted] - filed manager for the company came out to take a look for himself and agreed that once again the gutters were NOT sandstone. He offered to pay me $300 to repaint the gutters. This to me would not do any good, as that is poor workmanship and they would chip and pain and thus I would have to replace once again. My insurance company was charged $1400 for the gutters from this company, yet you only want to pay me $300 to repaint them, for a error that your company made and you have admitted to, rather than fixing the problem.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refund the cost of the gutters, that was paid by the insurance company in order to replace the gutters with the correct ones. I do not feel that repainting them will fix the issue, nor is fair in rectifying the issue. I do not want this company to replace the gutters, as they have poor communication skills, as stated above I have been trying to resolve this for almost a year. The company can't even provide samples for their customers.
