I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
When we purchased this particular couch, I expressed misgivings about it being fabric (versus Leather), but I was assured about this by Paisley House (Joani) as the fabric was guaranteed. I was clear about this when we purchased this sofa for precisely those reasons.The larger part of my complaint is in regards to the complete lack of follow up from this business. Their explanation is that it "...took longer than usual and for that we are sorry..." We expressed our initial complaint for the couch in January of 2017. We have received little to no follow up until we contacted Revdex.com. If they were truly sorry for the manner in which they have treated us, it would not have necessitated this action on our part.I reject their 'explanations' regarding this transaction. We were indeed assured as to the longevity of the fabric and the product as a whole, but of course now are reduced to a "...he said/she said..." scenario with no recourse. Paisley House has shown us very little respect or professionalism, and their half hearted 'apology' is emblematic of that. This business has misrepresented the facts and further, misrepresented their behavior since we first raised our complaint. There is nothing more that I have to say. I stand by my complaint. I stand by my assertions. I have the truth on my side

To Whom It May Concern, We are very sorry that the customer is so upset in regards to the sofa they purchased We do guarantee cushion replacement with this particular vendor and the replacement cushions are being dropped shipped to the customer address in January This
replacement did take longer than usual and for that we are sorry In regards to a guarantee on the fabric, we have never and will never guarantee fabric We deliver a product in perfect condition and have no idea or control what happens in the privacy of a residence Sincerely,Paisley House
