For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. after this initial complaint was filed, additional damages to our property were discovered Those damages were not addressed in the settlement discussion afore mentioned There has since been an additional settlement agreement discussed and yet to be resolved It is my hope that this matter will be completely resolved mid December, as usual a deadline agreed upon has been delayedThe damage to our new lawn by dumping paint and throwing food on the lawn has not been paid the payment for the damages was to be paid by 12/delayed until 12/Please know when damage fees are paid and this matter resolved I will notify you immediately
