I asked for a REFUND (not help with painting), for UNOPENED products that I purchased. I spent approximately $170, and wanted to return two items, totaling approximately $70. I was told NO! The phone call to me, was a ridiculous attempt to resolve an issue with the paint itself, and NOT the Issue of the Complaint of Refusal to Reimburse me for items clearly UNOPENED. I am completely dissatisfied with the response I received in person, and the phone call, which clearly had no purpose of allowing me to return the items for a refund. The sign in the store stating no refunds, is just below ceiling height....hmmm? My receipt had no such statement. I viewed other complaints on line, with the same and other similar issues. Same result. No refund. Very dissatisfied customers. I will never shop there again, and I will never advise anyone else to either. Bad business practice, to say the least.
