Refund Since the pressure washers did not pressure wash and clean the agreed upon areas, I am requesting that Paint Pros refund my deposit of $150.
Good afternoon, We (Paint Pros LLC) provided client *** with a free exterior pressure washing estimate per her request to include multiple exterior areas on her house to include the pressure washing of the exterior of her house, her exterior steps, her deck, her driveway and walk way areas. After Ms. received her estimate via email to have all of the exterior areas mentioned above pressure washed Ms. communicated to us (Paint Pros LLC) that she only wanted to have the exterior of her house pressure washed with no additional exterior areas mentioned above pressure washed. We then proceeded to revise Ms. estimate per her request and emailed Ms. revised estimate to her. Ms. signed, dated and mailed her estimate to us for the pressure washing of her house to exclude all other areas we provided her with previously along with her deposit check. Both of which are attached. We (Paint Pros LLC) scheduled and proceeded to do the pressure washing of Ms. house as per her signed and dated estimate and her deposit check both of which Ms. mailed to us. Once Ms. pressure washing job was completed she reached out to us stating that she was not pleased because her exterior steps, deck, driveway and side walk areas were not pressure washed. We explained to Ms. that the reason these additional exterior areas were not pressure washed was because she (Ms.) asked to have these additional areas removed from her original estimate which is what we did per her request. Ms. then stated that she was not pleased with the pressure washing of the exterior of her home. We offered for our pressure washing employee to come back out to Ms. house to pressure wash the exterior of her house again at no additional charge as we wanted to make sure that she (Ms. was satisfied) and she declined to have us pressure wash her house a second time at no additional charge to her. Ms. has refused to pay her remaining balance owed for the pressure washing job we did for her and that is owed by her.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Ms. Diaz,
Paint Pros was unable to provide you with a revised estimate (showing a different pressure wash estimate) because there is no revised estimate. The only Estimate is #2761 dated May 18, 2020 to pressure wash for $350 and for painting. Estimate #2761 dated May 20, 2020 shows the exact same pressure wash estimate for $350. This was what I agreed to have done for $350.
(From Paint Pros 6/29/2020 Response to Revdex.com: Pressure washing of the exterior of her house, her exterior steps, her deck, her driveway and walk way areas.) (*** also agreed to pressure wash the gutters.)
I believe that this scam has worked for Paint Pros in the past. They decided upfront that I would be a victim; that is why I got the estimate with the bogus P O BOX address. A member of my church, Margine Sills, hired *** in May, 2019. She got paperwork with the correct Briar Jump Lane business address on it. She said that she will not do business with him again.
I am requesting a refund of $150. by July 17, 2020. My next step is to file a claim in Magistrate Court where I will ask for $300. plus court cost.
I forgive (***) for lying about our business agreement. Mr.: "The tongue...stains the whole body...and is itself set on fire by ***. ...the tonguea restless evil, full of deadly poison." James 3:6-8.
Walking by faith
We (Paint Pros LLC) have provided documentation to the Revdex.com to include Ms. ***'s original estimate, Ms. ***'s revised estimate which she accepted by signing, dating and mailing to us (Paint Pros LLC) and a copy of Ms. ***'s deposit check which she (Ms. ***) mailed to us (Paint Pros LLC) along with her (Ms. ***'s) revised estimate which she signed and dated meaning that she (Ms. ***) accepted the pressure washing of her (Ms. ***'s) house as is indicated on her (Ms. ***'s) revised estimate. We (PaintProsLLC) acknowledge that Ms. *** did pay her $150 deposit prior to us (Paint Pros LLC) scheduling and doing the pressure washing of Ms. ***'s house as per her estimate she signed, dated and mailed to us, Ms. *** has failed to pay her remaining balance due of $200 for the pressure washing of her (Ms. ***'s) home which we did for her. Ms. *** has not paid and owes (Paint Pros LLC) $200 for the remaining balance for the pressure washing of her home which we (Paint Pros LLC) did for her.
