This company is knowingly and purposefully scamming its customers
I have email confirmations from the company for my order placed on 3/1/My bank statement even reflects the debit for my orderMy bank statement will also verify the unauthorized charges on 3/15/Per three (3) customer service representatives in their call center, the products were never shipped but the funds were collected by the company
I am willing to pursue this issue further to ensure that this fraudulent activity is put to an endPlease advise if documentation of the above is requiredI can forward emails and bank statements if necessary
Lastly, I challenge this company to prove any part of this complaint to be inaccurateTo date my full refund of $180.82, nor the products, have been received
