Ask [redacted] if this isn't true [redacted] ***'s building is an hour away from our officeWe quoted him and the rules which are: If the Fire Sprinkler Systems can be certified without corrections, it will beIf corrections are needed - P.F.Pwill give you a quote on the work needed, but the initial fee of $is owed at the beginning as an Inspection Fee of Fire Sprinkler SystemWhich is common as if we don't collect our fee at the start - We don't get paid? Note: We certify and Inspect Fire Sprinkler Systems - Not Buildings - No One can certify a building I asked [redacted] and the Building Owner- who was with us at the time of Inspection- what his motive for this was [redacted] said "to keep the Fire Deptout of the building"He said this over and over againI said "why"? He just replied he didn't want the authorities (Fire Dept.) to come in I repeatedly said we "we certify Fire Sprinkler Systems - Not buildings" many times and he was aware of this statement thru out our meeting No one can keep the Fire Deptout and no Fire Protection Cocan certify a building to keep the authorities out We certify Fire Sprinkler Systems and he knew this! Ask the owner and his friend *** We collected our fee first so we could get paid and enter the building Much to my amazement, there was NO FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM even in the buildingI said over and over again we certify Fire Sprinkler SystemsWhere are the systems and why do you want to keep the Fire Deptout? (Red flag for our company)I asked several times He said "we don't want them coming in and looking around"I'm thinking this is strange- I wonder why? So after minutes - I took out $to refund to them - They wouldn't take it! Several times I put the money in front of them - and they wouldn't take it! contacted by [redacted] to do a Five Year Certification on a Fire Sprinkler System Title 19-State Cal in the City of Buena Park, CA.
Pagel Fire was recommended to [redacted] by his friend [redacted], as we inspected his Fire Sprinkler System at 2211 Hunts Lane San Bernardino CA. We did not inspect a building, but a Fire Sprinkler System for [redacted]. [redacted]'s system could not be certified due to deficiencies in the Fire Sprinkler system for [redacted]. We did not CHARGE [redacted] ([redacted]'s friend) one dime. NOTHING. We charged him nothing- another words we did it for free! Ask [redacted] if this isn't true.
[redacted]'s building is an hour away from our office. We quoted him and the rules which are: If the Fire Sprinkler Systems can be certified without corrections, it will be. If corrections are needed - P.F.P. will give you a quote on the work needed, but the initial fee of $450.00 is owed at the beginning as an Inspection Fee of Fire Sprinkler System. Which is common as if we don't collect our fee at the start - We don't get paid?

I asked [redacted] and the Building Owner- who was with us at the time of Inspection- what his motive for this was. [redacted] said "to keep the Fire Dept. out of the building". He said this over and over again. I said "why"? He just replied he didn't want the authorities (Fire Dept.) to come in.

No one can keep the Fire Dept. out and no Fire Protection Co. can certify a building to keep the authorities out.
We certify Fire Sprinkler Systems and he knew this! Ask the owner and his friend [redacted].
We collected our fee first so we could get paid and enter the building.
Much to my amazement, there was NO FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM even in the building. I said over and over again we certify Fire Sprinkler Systems. Where are the systems and why do you want to keep the Fire Dept. out? (Red flag for our company). I asked several times.
He said "we don't want them coming in and looking around". I'm thinking this is strange- I wonder why? So after 20 minutes - I took out $150.00 to refund to them - They wouldn't take it! Several times I put the money in front of them - and they wouldn't take it!
I drove and hour to get there (He gave me the wrong address by the way - and both the Owner and [redacted] were later than I was - And that is the truth.
I tried to refund them $150.00 out of $450.00 = $300.00 for travel, fuel and time away from another job. No profit made, only expense taken. And what about my time being on another job, my next job is now 2 hours away.
They wouldn't take the money - I said "I'm not here to play games" and I left. He ([redacted]) even laughed at his own stupidity and the Owner of the building blamed [redacted] saying [redacted] was going to pay him (the Owner) back. The Owner knew it was [redacted]'s fault.
P.S. I also offered to Inspect Fire Sprinkler Systems at their other buildings for free! In other cities. This is absolutely the truth, everything written here.
