Dear [redacted] ,Thank you for reaching out to us to find out our side of the storyPadek pharmacy is a specialty pharmacy that helps our patients and their families to manage wellnessWe provide free delivery as a courtesy to our customers as promptly as possible given all the other factors that we have to compete against.In reference to case ID [redacted] , [redacted] is indeed one of our valued customers who contacted us about the extra charges on her cardWe immediately looked into her complaints and rectified the discrepancy, however her bank statement did not immediately reflect the reversal of the said charges of which we don't have control over.To reassure her the problem has been resolved, we explained to her that time lag is the reason she is not yet seeing the reversal on her bank statement and we apologized for the miscommunicationWe also gave her a $ [redacted] gift card to cover her cab fare and a printout of all the prescriptions we have filled for her reflecting the Medicare prescribed patient copay.Based on [redacted] 's account of what happened before the miscommunication, you will see that we are a honest business that is not out to take advantage of anybody especially our elderly patientsMistakes are bound to happen when more than one person works at an organization and we pride ourselves on helping our patients and their family to manage their wellness within the scope allowable by law and the high moral standard we operate under.If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.Thank you and best regards
