Some product damaged, other product missing from package
Ordered and shipped on 4/11/Received package on 5/14/with damaged push buttons and missing batteriesNotified PacParts whom requested photos After emailing photos we received telephone call telling us to go to our local post office with the small, damaged yellow envelope to get reimbursed I told her PacParts needs to have insurance on their shipments and shipper works with them to reimburse for damaged or lost shipments, not the recipient I paid in full when I ordered parts but didn't receive anything for my money so PacParts needs to please reship new parts or refund the full invoice amountPacParts representative said so sorry but there was nothing they need to do once the product is shipped

I ordered a part from them on Jan 17 (12 days ago) and still have yet to receive it. I spoke to a woman on the phone on Friday the 23rd and she told me it would ship Monday the 26th. Mind you I paid for 2 day priority shipping. When I called their customer service gentleman on the phone was very short and rude with me. Constantly repeating that it states on the website those are not a guaranteed. I understand that it not being in stock could delay the process but no where does it state that priority shipping is not....
