showed her the product that she requestedThere are no coupons that covers this type of frame and or lensesAlso *** ***s prescription lenses are out of range with the parameters of any coupons that we have so she would not be able to apply the $coupon, however we did apply the $off all pairs of designer frames she purchased and we also gave her further discounts and free frames & multiple pair discountsThis is a different coupon that we currently haveThe coupon is displayed on the counters for customers to see in many locationsWe did as she asked; custom eyeglasses were then made for *** chose multipl e pairs of designer frames and we ordered the custom lenses for all of these framesWe have same day service & next day service, so the glasses were made very quicklyWe let customers know that it could take up to a weekThis is just a precautionary measure in case lenses and or frames could be on back order, do not pass inspection or any other issue that may occur.*** was accompanied with a family member that day so she was not taken advantage of* was offered the option to open a Care Credit Card to take advantage of the interest free payments, which she did*** gave us her photo ID (NYS Driver’s License) and her Visa credit card to apply for the cardShe filled out the application in the store and was approvedAll appropriate measures were taken. *** purchased separate pairs of glassesThis purchase took over hoursThis was not something that was done quickly, this took a lot of time and effort*** *** and her family member were not taken advantage of or coheres into buying anythingShe filled out an application for a credit card and signed the application, signed for the shopping pass & signed the receipt for the $She NEVER "just" gave us a credit card, that is not true!!! She was very much aware of how much everything wasI called *** days after the purchase 8/**/to speak to *** directly and told her about the no cancellation & no refund policy but did let her know that the glasses were ready & she can exchange the frame for something else if that would be something she would consider since the lenses are all custom made and she was in agreementThis offer still stands
We are sorry that *** is not happy with her Tiffany EyeglassesWe were willing to exchange the frame for her at no additional cost to her and even though it has been months after the day exchange policy but when she recently came in so that we could adjust the glasses we noticed that there
was hair dye on the frameThis immediately voids the warranty on the frameWe can try again to adjust them for her to make them as comfortable for her as possible if she would like to returnShe can also go to over locations at her convenience

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I went in to the business and they were nothing but nasty to me, like I was bothering them. An exchange was never offered to me nor even discussed. These glasses are of sub par quality and will never go back there again. This place left a bad taste in my mouth and will not get my business in the future. Most places want to make their customers happy, not Cohens.Therefore you have lost my business thanks for nothing
