I've spoken with Mr*** *** with regards to his complaint filed pertaining to bad customer service, product availability, charges on his credit card and delivery of productPTG has been in a major transition over the last to years, company expansion, updating internal technologies and

In the documents attached you will see that we did not have an order to refund for an *** *** placed the order over the web in the name of *** *** as that was where he was sending the itemThe refund was wrote up under ***'s name but sat in a file as un-refundableWhen
contacting the number listed on the order *** stated that she did not know anyone named *** and would hang up the phone. Only after digging through the account set up on the web we were able to cross the email addresses and "link" the account as the sameThe order has been refunded and we have contacted *** *** to advise

The sales associate that was handling this refund is no longer with the company, we have tracked down all pertinent information and are processing the refund today. We have contacted the customer directly with this update as well

I wanted to reply that I am in receipt of my refund from PTG.  This closes my complaint.

I was never contacted by anyone from Paficic Tool and Gauge reference the refund. On the morning of November 4th I contacted the phone number listed on the notice from the Revdex.com. I don’t recall which employee was listed on the letter, I asked her to send me an email with the link to respond. I never received the email so I went ahead and processed the credit for [redacted]. I was made aware of Mr. [redacted] orders due to his email inquiries, to some of the sales members. Mr. [redacted] has ordered several times with us throughout the year and has been a customer of ours for five years or more. Our website clearly states all out of the...

country orders do not ship until complete; due to the cost of shipping. I’m looking over his account and I see two orders placed less than a month apart. Everything we produce is a custom product, it’s not something you can just go to the store and pick-up. We make top quality products. PTG’s website also states that out of the country customers can authorize a partial shipment but they must pay for that. It also states on the PTG website that all out of the country orders are to be paid for at the time of order processing.
