I am writing in regards to the complaint that you submitted to the Revdex.com on 4/24/ We received this via postal mail on 4/29/ I want to apologize for your not receiving back a phone call from Eric W
I have investigated your complaint, and want to go over
my findings with you These findings will also be sent to the Revdex.com First, I want to go over some important information about the location you are talking about The Aurora Village Transit Center sits attached to our client"s, First Western Development's property and Costco's property The transit center has its own parking area, and that is where transit center users are required to park The website http://metro.kingclountry.gov/tops/parknride/index.html clearly states that "*Lot is usually filled 90% or above by 9:am on weekdays" for the Aurora Village Transit Center We understand parking is tight, but we cannot allow parking at any of the First Western's parking areas By allowing people to park in these spots, it makes it hard for shoppers to have access to parking at the location There are "No Transit Parking or No Costco Parking" signs scattered throughout the lots owned by First Western These signs are consistently being replaced at this location, as people remove them from parking lots Please see the attached map for a visual of what is owned by First Western If you have been provided written permission from Costco to park in their parking lot, you are more than welcome to park in their parking areas
Pacific Security's job at this location is to provide the security services that First Western as requested One of those duties is monitor the parking lots for unauthorized parking This includes people parking in First Western's lots and using the Transit Center or Costco We have been provided with tickets and an Elmer's glue stick from First Western to apply these tickets The glue should be easily removable from clothes that are soaked in warm water No damage should result from the use of a children's non-toxic glue stick to attach a ticket or not to your vehicle
Security Officer follows his duties at Aurora Village very diligently He communicates with the client on a daily basis, and it is ultimately First Western's decision to tow cars from this location We are required to complete reports daily on actions at the side, including documenting all illegally-parked cars The decision to tow cars from the Home Depot was made by First Western, no Pacific Security SO attempts to have a verbal conversation with people prior to starting the ticketing process as a courtesy I am sorry that you feel singled out by our officer, but if you are continuing to violate the instructions he is given to follow, there isn't much he can do if your vehicle keeps being parked on private property Other cars have been given tickets and have stopped parking on the property The Security Officers that work this site maintain a list of cars that they have written tickets for As you wrote in your complaint that you spoke with Home Depot, Starbucks and Discount Tires, all lots that these properties are on are all owned by First Western and they are not able to give you permission to park at these locations, as they do not legally own that property It is also very unlikely that the person giving you permission is the lease signer for these locations Costco is not First Western's property, and we will not do anything if your car is parked at their location SO also does not make threats about towing cars His direct order is to start towing cars that continue to fail to follow the rules at this location at the direction of First Western
In conclusion, neither Pacific Security nor First Western will be paying for any damages caused by the Elmer's glue stick that was used on your window, as it should have easily been removed with water and a cloth You are more than welcome to park at the Costco lot at this location, if they have in fact given you permission to park there First Western stands firm on their position that your vehicle will be towed if it is found on the site again while you are using the Transit Center, as you are routinely parking on private property instead of parking at the Transit Parking Center parking lot I apologize for Pacific Security not getting back to you in a timely manner, and request that any interactions you have with SO also stay professional, as he noted verbal hostility in his last report from you and another female at the site, and he has been directed to do the same If you feel that you need to talk to a representative at First Western, you may contact Tyler K at ***
I have also attached both incident reports regarding your parking tickets and a map of the locations where you can park All others areas that are line out are the property of First Western
Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
The Pacific Security is not even capable as reputable company to apologize for it's employees poor actionIt seems the company is proud of their employees and their poor actions
Use the tape not the glue to leave the messages on the individuals vehiclesThe company will have the same expenses, but less damage for the vehiclesPlease, look and enjoy the pictures, so you know how vehicles look after Mister *** glues notes on vehicles

I replied, that you areYou were dishonest, not only in the parking lot, but also to your employerNobody has attacked you, maybe you wanna tell your employer what really happened and how you run from me and asked the provoking questionsIn my opinion, you were dishonest
If I had to hire the security company, I would never hire The Pacific Security, the company that has no ability to even apologize and is supporting the poor behavior of it's employeesSad, I hope that there is very small percentage of the companies like yours in the USAHave integrity, honesty, and well behaved employees, that will create a good image for the companyI am glad I spoke with the property manager, he is a man, with willingness to listen and explain the parking rules, the man with integrity and honestyYou better learn from your clients you work for how to run the business with effective listening and immediate response to individuals and hire just honest, not dishonest employees like Mister ***, who "was attacked in the parking lot"Sounds like a joke, don't you think, that over 6 feet tall man and also intimidating to me has been attacked by one 5'feet and another disabled womenFunny, right? Mister ***, learn to live life with honesty, integrity, and proud of your words and actionsBe a true security guard, not a victim, who was see attacked
I hope nobody will have such a bad experience with this company as I wasAfter talking to the property owner/manager, I was assured not to be afraid of the Mister ***, he cannot do anything to me nor my carThanks God, this parking nightmare is over, and I can go to Home Depot without being afraid of Mister *** towing the car
