requesting URC pay $314.33 in interest, in addition to the $2,162.01 they owe in the original complaint, and the apology I requested earlier today. This calculation is based on the provisions of CFR, Title 42, Chapter IV, Part 483, Section 483.10 "Resident Rights" and uses the same ten percent interest rate charged by URC.  The calculation assumes URC will pay by the end of February 2018, and would increase or decrease based on when they deliver the refund check. Deposits of personal funds: $10,500 deposited on 11/21/2017 for 99 days at 10% annual rate (not compounded daily) $1,599 deposited on 12/4/2017 for 86 days at 10% annual rate (not compounded daily) Thank you for your assistance in this matter.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
