Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Certified Recovery Systems, Inc (CRSI) has not only failed to prove that they sent me a letter but has also failed to prove that I received itIt is greatly disappointing that CRSI would be more concerned with making money than following [redacted] guidelinesAs a consumer, I am ensured that I will be able to validate or dispute any allegations of debtI keep meticulous records and copies of all credit and debt-related correspondence and have nothing from CRSIPerhaps CRSI should invest in certified mail to insure that their clients receive the proper information, not just assume they received some nonexistent letter.I wanted the initial information to see whether or not the debt alleged is validI asked them to remove the collection from my CRA because of their absolute failure to meet [redacted] guidelines Regards, [redacted] *

this account was originally assigned to us by the original creditor, [redacted] **, on 02-19-in the amount of $ Mr [redacted] was contacted on 03-17-regarding this issue The balance was explained to him and the reason it was owed, but he refused to pay at that time He was then sent a letter with the details of these charges on 03-22-to the last known address for him, but this letter was returned as undeliverable and there was no forwarding address provided He was then contacted via phone on 04-13-but he again refused to pay He was asked to provide us with a good address so we could send him the information on the account but he refused to provide After this numerous attempts were made to contact him but were unsuccessful. We believe the amount is still owed by Mr [redacted] and he can make a payment on our website

We spoke with Ms [redacted] on Wednesday, 11-18-15, in regards to her initial complaint and she seemed satisfied with the outcome She asked about her title and we told her that we, Certified Recovery Systems, Inc., didn't have her title It was explained to Ms [redacted] that we were the collection agency for the original creditor It was also explained to Ms [redacted] that the original creditor is who would have the title We also explained to Ms [redacted] that once her account was paid in full, we would report it to the original creditor so that she could get her title back I'm not sure why Ms [redacted] feels like we are not a legitimate company when she has made several payments to our company in the past Ms [redacted] has been paying on her account with us and still has an outstanding balance We offered to settle the account out for Ms***, which could possibly help her get her title back quicker We provided Ms [redacted] with the contact information of the original creditor just in case she wanted to deal with them directly and not have to go through us We are trying to help Ms [redacted] get this issue resolved If Ms [redacted] wants to truly get the issue resolved, she can contact our office at 713-464-and one of our representatives can assist her or Ms [redacted] can call the original creditor directly Again, as stated before, we, Certified Recovery Systems, Inc., do not have the title for Ms*** We told Ms [redacted] that on Wednesday, 11-18- That is the main reason we provided Ms [redacted] with the contact information of the original creditor

I spoke with Ms*** today and we were able to resolve her issue. Ms*** wanted to make sure that we were a legitimate company. I assured Ms*** that we were legit. Ms*** had concerns because no one here reached out to her like we normally do. I let Ms***
speak with the previous rep that she had spoken with on a previous occasion and everything was good. We were able to send Ms*** some of the documents that she requested. Those documents included a payment history of her account, a settlement letter and the original creditor's contact information. We told Ms*** that the original creditor could possibly provide her with the title because they were the ones who had it. Again, Ms*** was fine with that. We told Ms*** that once her settlement was paid in full, we would submit a request to have the item deleted from her credit report. Ms*** stated that she would contact the Revdex.com and let them know that her issue has been resolved with Certified Recovery Systems, Inc

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
As previously discussed, Amaya (CRSI representative) spoke to a representative from Loan Depot (with me on the phone)He told her Loan Depot showed NO TYPE of payment received in the past years, which is how long I was paying CRSIHe also informed Amaya that whoever sold the loan to CRSI would be who to contact for the titleAmaya told me she would gather that information and call me backShe told me we would get an extension on the payment until this was resolvedAll this happened in October and since that day we have been calling and *** messaging CRSI without any phone calls or messages being returned about the actual status of the title.
Regards,Nancy ***

As soon as the balance in full was paid, we provided *** *** with a "Paid in Full" letter and submitted a request to have the item removed from *** *** credit report. I will submit another request to have the item deleted from all three credit reporting agencies today

It is unfortunate that she was unable to contact our office initially when she reached out to us. At the time we were experiencing some problems with our phone system due to a change in how it forwards calls. However, we responded to her email message right away with information and
eventually spoke with her about her outstanding issue. After multiple conversations she was provided with a solution to this outstanding item, but did not accept it. At this time we are awaiting her next response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me

It is unfortunate that Mr*** does not accept our response to his complaint. However, based on our investigation of the charges we believe them to be accurate and unless he can provide proof otherwise we will continue to keep this account open as listed.Mr***'s claims under the *** in his original complaint request for information are not correct, other than the requirement for a letter to be sent to the consumer regarding the account, thus giving him the 30-day validation notice. This letter was sent as required (see previous response to complaint) and therefore the standards have been met. The *** does not require the creditor to provide the other information he is requesting although we did previously provide him with the original creditor, amount owed, date assigned to us, as well as the dates we contacted him regarding this outstanding matter. We consider this complaint handled and simply ask that Mr*** fulfill his commitment to our client by taking care of the outstanding balance
