This complaint is concerning the property management company of Pacific Legacy in Imperial Beach, Ca I owned a condo for several years managed by Pacific Legacy I have recently sold the United The maintenance and cleanliness of the common areas were appalling While trying to sell my unit I had to completely sweep the underground garage and trash area; dispose of an abandoned dresser left in front of the complex between the sidewalk and street as well as clean the stairs and first floor of the unit complex When I asked Pacific Legacy about toes issues I was told there was no money for cleaning and maintenance I owned the condo for years Initially the homeowners dues were $per month This was raised to $per month approximately years ago roughly coinciding with the adoption of Pacific Legacy as the new management company While selling my condo I paid to have the complex VA certified; a benefit to me and each of the other owners in the complex I was repaid with a series of fees from the company for transferring ownership to include a retuned check fee for the last months homeowners association dues that I stopped because escrow was already paying the dues for the sale month I am very dissatisfied with the management company that simply blamed the Homeowners Board of Directors for why nothing was ever done
This complaint is concerning the property management company of Pacific Legacy in Imperial Beach, Ca.. I owned a condo for several years managed by Pacific Legacy. I have recently sold the United. The maintenance and cleanliness of the common areas were appalling. While trying to sell my unit I had to completely sweep the underground garage and trash area; dispose of an abandoned dresser left in front of the complex between the sidewalk and street as well as clean the stairs and first floor of the 16 unit complex. When I asked Pacific Legacy about toes issues I was told there was no money for cleaning and maintenance. I owned the condo for 10 years. Initially the homeowners dues were $180.00 per month. This was raised to $240.00 per month approximately 1.5 years ago roughly coinciding with the adoption of Pacific Legacy as the new management company. While selling my condo I paid to have the complex VA certified; a benefit to me and each of the other 15 owners in the complex. I was repaid with a series of fees from the company for transferring ownership to include a retuned check fee for the last months homeowners association dues that I stopped because escrow was already paying the dues for the sale month. I am very dissatisfied with the management company that simply blamed the Homeowners Board of Directors for why nothing was ever done.
