I reviewed [redacted] ***'s complaint with a fair and objective open mindHowever, the bottom line is that he didn't pay directly to the Pacific International Student Services LLC of Hawaii and at this point, my hands are tiedIf I am wrong, he needs to support his argument with the wire transfer receipt that he received when he transferred money to the account of the Pacific International Student Services LLC of HawaiiSo far his complaint is baseless and falseThe termination of agreement must be done with the Korea agent and not with the Pacific International Student Services LLC of HawaiiThe Pacific International Student Services LLC of Hawaii has no obligation to directly refund money to him as the company did not receive any money from [redacted] *** Facts: 1) Provided airport pick-up 2) Arranged an appointment first opportunity date with Hawaii licensed physician for his child for school health requirements and completed Student Health Record Form for school 3) Arranged to see few rental units but he canceled 4) Suddenly, he breaks the contract after receiving some services with baseless reasons 5) Korea company is independent license company in Korea Assumption: 1) The Pacific International Student Services LLC of Hawaii received wire transfer from [redacted] from Korea Untrue and defamatory statement: 1) "business is not registered", " They have a willing to defraud the revenue to U.SIRS", "live by racketeering client who is poor at english", "collecting money via Seoul branch office account is typical tax evasion", and " company intentionally reveal my child's health information to Revdex.com, it is violation of privacy law." The Pacific International Student Services LLC of Hawaii received the above-referenced customer complaint and appreciates the opportunity to respond. Specifically, [redacted] states that "All service we got is only pick-up and making appointment clinic for my child's medical check. That's all." "Eventually they did nothing about rent service to us" And "He got upset to us and hang up suddenly". [redacted] is requesting a refund and termination of the contract. [redacted]'s allegation of not receiving service is baseless and false.
1) The Pacific International Student Services LLC of Hawaii did not receive any money from [redacted] (If he feels otherwise please provide us with receipt or wire transfer to company's bank account in Hawaii).
2) The Pacific International Student Services LLC of Hawaii provided airport pick up service because they requested it and is part of a contract they agreed with the agent in Korea. Our driver waited over 2 hours at the airport because they had a huge amount of bagages (more than 8 heavy bagages). Airport pick up service was not free, The Pacific International Student Services LLC of Hawaii will be collecting airport pick up service fee from a agent in Korea. (for 3 1/2 hours of service)
3) The Pacific International Student Services LLC of Hawaii arranged an appointment with a Hawaii licensed physician for his child for school health requirements. And also, completed Student Health Record Form 14 for school. The driver went to the hotel to pick them up, as it was arranged for a pick up service prior to that day. Driver waited over 30 minutes and later received text from [redacted] that he will meet at the doctor's office (see text message). The clinic was going to cancel a health examination and immunization appointment but I insist that they should be here soon. They arrived 1 1/2 hours late to the doctor's appointment. After a health examination and immunization, I informed them about the Tuberculosis (TB) clearance and must done here in Hawaii but they refused. I also, informed them about Hawaii State Law requires Tuberculosis (TB) clearance must be completed within one year before first entrance into school in Hawaii and must be performed by the State of Hawaii Department of Health or by a U.S. licensed physician. They said that they did it in Korea. (for 3 1/2 hours of service).
4) Regarding Apartment rentals service, the Pacific International Student Services LLC of Hawaii arranged to see few rental units and they canceled. (see text message). (for 4 hours of service)
5) Pacific International Student Services LLC of Hawaii was to provide service for applying only to public schools in Kahala or Ala wai elementary and look for housing rentals in that area but they wanted something different. By the way, I didn't hang up on the phone. Maybe, it was cut off because of the storm?
Again, in order to ensure the best possible customer service they need to do their part and regarding their refund they need to work with company in Korea to see what their refund policy is,

The pacific International Student service LLC of Hawaii(hereinafter "PISS") asserts that;
1. did not receive any money from me.
That's nonsence. In PISS home page, this company has a branch office in Seoul. Mr. [redacted], the person in Seoul e-mailed me on Jul.21.2014 with the bank acount. I transmitted the money to the acount.
If PISS consists to deny to recieve money from me, they have a willing to defraud the revenue to US IRS.
2.Airport pick-up took 3 and half hour
I clearly told PISS that this entrance to US would take some time for us as a first immigrant.
And PISS would wait its office and if all the procedure is finished, call him to pick up.
The pick up time was not because lots of baggage but because the first time immigration procedure.
PISS did not waist time and did not need to waist time, because I have informed him of situation.
3.PISS neglect his duty to arrange an doctor appointment for my child's health check, required by law.
I told PISS my belongings would arrived at Hawaii port on Aug.07.2014, and PISS responded finding a house rent is not urgent, so I asked PISS make an doctor appointment for my child's health check ASAP, and then PISS said "OK".
But PISS had not contacted me over 1 week. So I called PISS and asked again.
PISS made an appointment on Aug.05.2014 at 2pm and told me PISS would go to Hilton hotel to pick us up.
I rented a car, therefore I did't need pick-up so I text PISS on that day at 1pm like below;

"We rented a car. Could you text the address of hospital?"
(his reply on Aug.05.2014 at 1:52pm)
"You should have call me. I don't check my text often. [redacted]"
PISS's service like above mentioned, respond very rude and impolite, speaking in a commanding tone.
Why I am blame for text, not calling PISS?
PISS did not told me that I must call PISS, no text before.
PISS just asserts his waiting time, PISS did not need to wait like that, moreover PISS asserts his waiting time is 3 and half hours, He is lying to Revdex.com. We arrived hospital at 3pm and PISS did not need to wait until end, because the doctor is korean, there is no communication problem.
PISS asserts my child did not take TB test at this hospital.
Taking TB test or not is our choice and it doesn't related to this complaint.
PISS violated our health privacy, so I can sue him on that problem.
4. doubting rental service
PISS hanged up call without notice while my wife was talking on Aug.06.2014 at 10 am.
It is humiliating conduct.
PISS ridicule me "maybe storm".
After hang-up, PISS emailed me about showing appointment on Aug/07/2014.
I called the end of service and request refund.
PISS asserts 4 hour job for rental service.
PISS live by racketeering alient who is poor at English. PISS collecting money via PISS seoul branch office account is typical tax evasion.
PISS intentionally reveal my child's health information to Revdex.com, it is violation of privacy law.
