Review: Unfair/deceptive acts: Since Friday, 4/4 this company has been calling and harassing my coworkers and myself. [redacted] called me names, threatened me with legal action but are unwilling to give me their address or documentation of the debt owed. Also, [redacted] threatened me with legal action but promised to stop the calls; he said I would be served at work. They say, that I am not willing to resolve a debt although they are not willing to give me proof or a real address. I don't believe I will be served because this company isn't real. I have contacted a lawyer who believes this company is a scam. They are in violation of the Federal Trade Commission Act.Desired Settlement: Do not contact me at work or on my cell phone except with mailed documentation of this debt.

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
It is unprofessional and illegal to contact someone and verbally abuse them and threaten a law suit without providing paperwork from their company. They refused
to send anything in writing unless I blindly agreed to make a promise to pay agreement. They told me to contact Wells Fargo who no longer has the information
because it has been sold to them. I asked them for the real address because the one listed is for an attorney, they refused and stated, "We can't give that out to just
anybody." They even threatened to take legal action in their response back to me. They are completely unethical and need to be held accountable so they do not
continue to bully people.

Review: I keep getting calls at work from [redacted] and [redacted] They are also calling my daughters cell phone and she is a minor. I have never given this agency my daughters number or my work number. They are harrassing me at work about a bill I don't know anything about. They claim I have a outstanding balance of over $1000.00 and have not sent me a letter nor have they sent me a bill with itemized listing of any charges. I want them to cease and desist from any calls or letters. I ask them to provide documents and ask for thier address and was told no. [redacted] refused to give me any informantion and threatened to report to all credit agencys.Desired Settlement: I do not want any more harrassing calls at work on by phone. I want them to leave my alone. If they have proof of debt, they need to provide it.
