I will have to go to Small Claims Court I have the pictures from there car washThanks [redacted] And yes I did call the police and they said to go to Revdex.com or Small claims courtSee photos

Pacific Carwash 1639 W. Foothill Blvd Upland CA 91786 Your assigned ID#12300579 08-04-2017(Fri) Response to Customer's Statement of the Problem To preface, our self-service car wash has vacuum stations, which may only be accessed by car wash customers. In regards to the...
"Customer," there is no evidence (in the form of a purchase receipt or electronic Point of Sale records) the "Customer" purchased a car wash. As a result, we are certain the "Customer" never used our vacuum, which is accessible only by car wash customers. Throughout the business day, hundreds of customers used our vacuums. No one complained of any "electrical wires" in our vacuums or reported any damage that day. So, it came as a surprise that the "Customer," who we have no business records of, began complaining to our employees of an "electrical wire" in our vacuum. The "Customer's" unusual complaint prompted us to examine the vacuum and no "electrical wires" could be found in any vacuum nozzle. With no evidence of a car wash purchase and no evidence of any "electrical wires" in any of our vacuums, we could not find the "Customer's" complaint plausible. During the interaction with the "Customer," we never "yelled" or acted, in any way, disrespectfully toward the "Customer." The "Customer" was the only person yelling. The "Customer" did call the police, however, given no evidence of a purchase or any evidence of "electrical wires," the police found no cause to respond to the situation. We hold no responsibility for the "Customer's" alleged damages because "electrical wires" were not in our vacuums and there is no evidence the "Customer" even used our car wash services.
