only applies to junior sailors attached to ***. There is very specific criteria (rank, command, marital status, etc...) that needs to be met in order for a sailor to live in Privatized Housing If the service member fails to communicate when any changes in the above apply, the Navy will stop their housing allowance, which can negatively impact their pay. Unfortunately, this customer failed to report changes in his command status which caused his housing allowance to stop. We met with this customer on multiple occasions trying to assist him with his housing allowance issue(Documentation available upon request)There are no records of our towing of any vehicle belonging to this customer. It is possible however, that the towing was initiated by base police or another *** agency.Our current move-out policy is to have each resident return the apartment to its original condition as to when they moved in, which is verified by their signed moinspection form. If this is not done, charges may be applied to have these cleaning services done on their behalf. In total, this customer was only charged $at move-out.Any issues with back pay should be directed to *** *** *** (***) on *** *** *** ***.
