Thank you for sharing your concerns about the treatment you received. I am writing to you on behalf of the Homestead, PA Aspen Dental branded practice, owned and operated by DENTAL PC. I certainly do apologize for your experience at the Homestead, PA Aspen Dental office
I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com. I have reviewed it and your Aspen Dental account. Per responses from your dental insurance company, your total out of pocket responsibility for treatment provided on August 04, ($0.00), September 20, 2016, ($42.00) and October 26, 2016, ($224.20) was $266.20. In reviewing the explanation of benefits I did find that a $provider discount for the date of service September 20, 2016, had not been applied to your account. I have made that adjustment and I am submitting an additional $refund back to your CareCredit account. For your review, I am including with this letter a copy of your Aspen Dental account ledger showing all transactions to date. Please contact your dental insurance company to confirm your out of pocket payment responsibilities
I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to respond to your inquiry. A copy of this letter has been forwarded to the Revdex.com in response to your complaint I am available for any further questions at the below contact information
Sincerely,

Homestead, PA Aspen Dental branded practice, owned and operated by PA-FM DENTAL PC. I certainly do apologize for your experience at the Homestead, PA Aspen Dental office.I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com in April 2016. I do apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry. Dear Ms. [redacted],In response to Mr [redacted]'s reply, the Aspen Dental position remains the same. Given the circumstances, the dentist has decided "not" to continue treatment for Mr. [redacted]. If Mr. [redacted] was dissatisfied with the partial upper denture that he received on March 02, 2016, he had the option to return it and receive a full refund for what he paid for it. As he has had the denture since March 02, 2016, the 90 day refund window has expired. As a courtesy, I will extend the refund option till August 01, 2016. if the denture is not confirmed returned to the Cranberry Township, PA Aspen Dental office by that date, the option to receive a refund expires. Please note that the Aspen Dental facility address on the Revdex.com Complaint is incorrect. The Aspen Dental office that Mr. [redacted] was seen in for treatment is 2000 Rt. 19 Ste. 200, Cranberry Township, PA 16066, Your letter references the Homestead, PA 15120 address.Sincerely,Ron H[redacted]Senior Patient Satisfaction SpecialistAspen Dental Management, Inc.Phone:[redacted]Fax: [redacted]E-mail: [redacted]

balance showing owed. I am writing to you on behalf of the Monaca, PA Aspen Dental branded practice, owned and operated by ASPEN DENTAL OF SW PENNSYLVANIA PLLC. I certainly do apologize for your experience at the Monaca, PA Aspen Dental office.I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com. I have reviewed it and your Aspen Dental account. All new patients of Aspen Dental must be evaluated by the treating dentist. This requires x-rays and an exam. The dentist cannot solely rely of the diagnosis of an outside dental provider. The reason you received an invoice is because your dental insurance did not pay for the x-rays. As a courtesy, I have removed the $106.00 showing due and your Aspen Dental account now reflects a zero balance due. No further invoices will be sent in this matter.I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to respond to your inquiry. Review: I first heard about Aspen Dental through their website. Their website at the time (including their storefront) had a sign that the first visit was free. I was also told this during my first visit when getting x-rays. No one ever mentioned any stipulations with the "free visit" until I came in for my second visit which was the actual cleaning. They tried saying I owed $98 before I could get my teeth cleaned and I couldn't be seen until I paid it. They said they charged me my $50 deductible from the x-rays, but the bill from the x-rays was $58.40 (the amount I am disputing). I understand how a deductible works, but it's the principle of this that they said it would be at no charge to me. If they said there may be a charge or something like that, then it would be different. I called my dental insurance after. They told me cleanings are covered 100% for preventative reasons and Aspen said they didn't see any problems from my x-rays for it to be considered otherwise. I believe this was a true bait-and-switch situation which needs to be stopped.Desired Settlement: I would like my bill of $58.40 to be credited.
