As an average weight female, I am on my second Bennington Back Supporter pillow top mattressThe first one, at about four years old, sunk in so badly that it hurt my back to sleep on itFortunately, the local store from which I purchased it still carried the brand so it was replaced under warrantyAt that point, I paid additional money to move to a top of the line pillow top, thinking it would be a better mattressNow, four years later, the same thing has occurred to this new mattress, good thing it's a "Limited Edition" model, I would hate to think they are still selling this junk as a good mattressAfter contacting the dealer I found that they no longer do business with Bennington (I can surmise why)So, I called the company in Pennsylvania, the phone was answered by a rather indifferent young ladyThe only person in the factory that knows anything about warranty issues is on vacation, but leave a message for him and he will call you backSo I did thatNeedless to say, no call backCalled a second time, same deal, he is not available, but I'll transfer you to his voice mailOf course, no call backI even provided my cell number, which I seldom doSo here I am with a useless, expensive mattress made in the next state down from mePerhaps I will drive thereor not, I don't want to go through this again in four years
