I am rejecting this response because:i talked to [redacted] on 9/02/15 he said he was from the [redacted] home officeand that he had talked to customer service and he would be sending me a free oil changeas of today I have not received anything,,,no one else has ever called my home phone [redacted] i have had this number for 35 years,I don't under stand why you are closingthis complaint as bougas it is not,,i'm now being lied to,, someone needs to talk to [redacted] about this they are giving me the run around,my husband is very sickwith cancer and he was lied to about the oil change,I think something should be doneabout passing the buck and being lied to ,we need your help,it may seem a small thingbut were on a fixed income.
