Good Morning,I hope that this finds you wellI wanted to share with the Revdex.com that this complaint was registered with the Revdex.com on the day of the move and the company had not had the opportunity to rectify all of the customer's concerns at the timeThe company has already compensated the customer for
the shuttle charge and has been in touch with the company where the customer's sofa and love seat were purchased and are looking at options to replace the sofa feet for the customer. It is our goal in this situation, as it is with all of our customers that we do everything in our power to make sure that they walk away from their experience with a good feelingIt is essential to allow us even just a little time to rectify the situation before logging such a serious complaint on a public forum that can cause so much damage to our business, especially since we are 100% committed to making sure our customers are happy with the service.In closing, I will inform the Revdex.com that we have already refunded the customers Shuttle charge prior to us being aware of this Revdex.com complaint and are diligently working with the store where the customer purchased the sofa and love seat in order to purchase replacement feet for each of them and hope to have an answer for them very shortly.I wanted to extend my most sincere apology to our customer if he felt that we were not working with him on his concerns and want to express how important it is to us that we rectify these issues for him right away

Couch and love seat feet are no longer available as these couches are no longer madeAs such any replacement would not be equal to what was there priorHave made this clear to company and they continue to stallFurthermore compensation for shuttle is not appropriate and should be greater based on amount of headache caused
