Review: On Saturday 27th of September I went to PK's Haircare Salon in Paradise CA. I went to a trim on my hair and a touch up on my highlights in my hair such were only on they crown and faint. Well it didn't turn out well at all she turned my hair orange and brassy yellow..not just on my highlights but on my natural color as well. My highlights at the ends of my hair were damaged after she did them. They broke off..she started to cut my hair after she combed through it..I was in shock in front of the mirror my hair was destroyed! She then chopped about four inches off of my hair and I just wanted a trim! I told her my hair was ruined..she said it needed more toner..and wanted to put more stuff in my hair. I told her no. She got mad at me and didn't even finish cutting my hair..I told her I didn't want her to do anything else to my hair that I was done and it was ruined. Instead of being sympathetic to me crying my eyes out to what damage she did to my hair she charged me $60!!! Really? She ruined my hair and I sat in the salon for almost three hours for her to destroy my hair and I said I don't think I should have to pay for what she did to my hair and she told me I wasted her time and ruined her morning!! I was a crying mess! I payed her so I could leave! She was so rude and cold. I then got home and called the salon and the other stylist that was working [redacted] told me she agreed with me about the damage that was done to my hair and that I shouldn't have payed and that she would have her manager call me to resolve the issue. [redacted] the manager did call me back that week and still she refused to refund me my money! Told me to write the owner a letter..at that point I felt I was getting the blow off. She wasn't going to give the owner my letter! I have had to go to another salon a week later for color correction. The hairstylist was in shock too with the amount of damage that was done! It took six hours to correct! I lost 6 inches of my hair! I also had to pay $180more to fix it!:(Desired Settlement: I would like PK's Haircare to reimburse me my $60 and the $180 for the hair correction.
