Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/08/26) */
We have tried to come to a resolution with *** over his Toyota Celica GtWhen he called in and complained about his vehicle over heatingWe told him to have the car towed and told him that he needed to stop driving his vehicleHe said that
is not an option because that is "only car I have"He did not listen and keep driving the vehicleWhich caused the car to overheat and damage his head gasketWhen he came in we changed the coolant temperature sensor on the vehicleWhich has nothing to do with our work we did on his engineI offered to do his head gasket for $and he refusedI then told him I would work with him at a discounted priceHe refused and said he didn't want my company to touch his car againHe has said things on google and yelp that were incorrectHe did not follow directions on not driving his carHe even accused us of charging him for a knock sensor, which we didn'tThere was a knock sensor put on but at no chargeAlso accused us of putting in some miscellaneous sensorWhich never happenWe write everything on invoice that is added or changed on vehicleWhen customers do not follow instructions that we give them that voids any warrantyWe are willing to come to come to a solutionFirst he must take off all the negative things he posted on yelp and google and we will give him $ to take his vehicle to another shopThis is enough to get head work doneThis also will void all warranty with P & G Auto Parts and conclude any future business with us

Final Consumer Response /* (3000, 12, 2015/10/30) */
The engine that was installed in my car from P&G Auto is now seized and completely nonoperational due to an "internal issue"
I went to P&G Auto in March of because I needed a new engine; *** gave me a fair price; it was $for the initial cost with a month/mile warranty on parts and labor; however, upon delivery of my car I immediately stared having problems with itThe car wouldn't even start at timesI took my car back to *** multiple times for random sensors that seemed to have solved the problem for awhileThis cost me an additional $for a air control valve, and a temp coolant sensormonths ago I took my car back because it was leaking oil, and I had significant power loss*** told me that I had a blown head gasket and that he would not cover the cost of repair under the warranty because it was due to overheating from a faulty temp coolant sensor, the same one he installed a few months beforeI didn't have the money for this so I took my car back home and my grandfather, who is a master mechanic told me that all I needed was a new clutch because it got burned out from an oil leak coming from the valve cover because it was installed without all of the boltsThis was very upsetting for me to know I was being lied to and that they didn't install my engine properly, so I filed a report with the Revdex.com, and they contacted *** wrote me a check for $to repair my car, and that is exactly what I didIt cost me $dollars for a new clutch and my car was running okay for another monthAbout days ago, my cars engine seized up, and it is no longer operationalAlthough I have had some resolution before from *** to get my clutch fixed, this is now still a warranty/repair issue from them; the reason I needed a new clutch in the first place was because they failed to put my engine in together correctly which led to an oil leak and burnt clutchI have a brother and grandparents that depend on me for transportation; I need to be able to driveI have spent over $dollars and a whole lot of time trying to get my poor car fixed and it seems like I made a bad decision going to P&G Auto in the first placeAll I want is my car to workI have all my receipts and work order slips to support all of this informationI am grateful for *** to be able to come to a resolution with me last time, although the cause of that problem was actually still caused by themI still need a engine because the one they did was done inadequately and is now completely non-operationalI request a full refund for the initial engine cost of $dollars
