On 09/19/2016...

we contacted our customer regarding his order of one bottle of Sleep Wave.  As per Mr H[redacted] Revdex.com Complaint, he was wanting a refund of $31.94 because he had not yet received his product.  His order was shipped on 8/5/2016, but according to USPS tracking it was shipped to Wisconsin instead of Missouri.  When we spoke with Mr, H[redacted] he had changed his mind about getting a refund and decided to try the product.  Attached is a copy of the USP tracking detail showing that his order was shipped, overnight, on 9/20/2016.  He should receive his order today.  Should you require additional information, you may reach me at ###-###-####.  Thank you.

Dear [redacted],Thank you so much for your continued service on this matter regarding [redacted]. We went above and beyond for Miss [redacted] in every way possible including issuing her a refund outside of our returns policy. Miss [redacted] requested she receive the refund in a different format than the original payment but due to legal reasons it just isn’t possible. We have absolute proof of  issuing a credit to Miss [redacted] on  7/29/14 in the amount of $199.00 back onto the card in which she paid for the order on 10/2/13. Attached is the document showing the credit.  Again, I appreciate your service on this matter. Dear [redacted],Thank you so much for notifying us of this complaint. [redacted] placed an order with us October 1st 2013. We invoiced and shipped her order on October 2nd 2013. On April 8th 2014 we received a return from Ms. [redacted]. Our returns department mailed her a...

letter letting her know we are unable to process the refund because our return policy says you can return our product for a refund, less shipping, within 6 months. Ms. [redacted] called customer service on May 13th 2014 in regards to our return policy. Our CSR [redacted] explained to Ms. [redacted] that our return policy is counted from the day it ships and is invoiced in our system to the moment it physically arrives back here onsite. Although we have completely followed through on our word and offered a generous returns policy we still value how our customer is feeling more than the policy itself so we went ahead and refunded the amount of the return, less shipping, in that same format of the original purchase, upon receipt of this notification from you.Again, I thank you for informing us of this complaint and appreciate any further assistance you may offer this matter.If there is any more information I can provide please do not hesitate in contacting me.  [redacted]Customer Service ManagerNutri-Health Supplements ###-###-####

This  is  in response to your  letter of August 4, 2014, (copy  attached)  in which you incorporate the written response from Nutri-Health Supplements, LLC and their claim of issuing a credit to me in the amount of $199.00 less shipping (amount unknown at this time) for a six-month supply of their Flora Source Probiotic Capsules.

I have not- REPEAT: HAVE NOT received a refund from Nutri-Health Supplements LLC, contrary to their claim in their letter to you that they have done so. As I indicated in my original request for your assistance, the [redacted] account used to purchase the product is no longer active, so any refund from them, necessarily, would be in the form of a check payable to me which, as of this date, has not been forthcoming.

As you will note, I am sending a copy of this letter to Nutri-Health Supplements LLC. in hopes that it will encourage them to do what they have promised, in which case I will notify you immediately .

Thank you for all your efforts and continued correspondence regarding this claim.  I hope it will soon be completely resolved .

Review: I am writing to you in desperation, because of a refund problem I am experiencing with the above subject company . Enclosed are copies of correspondence that have transpired between us since late March, 2014 in addition to a copy of their published advertisement to TRY their product for six months and if not completely satisfied, a full refund, less shipping, would be forthcoming.

As I explained in my original request, I RECEIVED their product October 6, 2013 and returned the empty bottles April 1, 2014 (my birthday), which, in my opinion, is within the six month '"Use-Time" period; yet, Nutri-Health is basing the six months on the date of my order, charged on my [redacted] account October 2, 2013 (copy attached) and the receipt of the empty bottles, which should not have taken six days from my April 1st mailing to travel via the postal service from [redacted], KY to [redacted], AZ...Desired Settlement: I am presently recovering from hospitalization and 30 days of physical therapy because of a broken hip; hence, the.reason for the interim delay in contacting you for help. As I indicated in one of my letters to Nutri-Health, I am 86 years old, on fixed income, and this situation has caused me great distress, as I feel like I have been "hoodwinked." Inasmuch as the [redacted] account charged with this product is no longer active, I am requesting the $199.00, less shipping, be sent to me in the form of a check.

I await an early reply and hope it is favorable information.
