Nu-West

Review: I placed an order for a DVD and the money was taken from my credit card account. I live a very short distance from the facility and the shipping was $9.00 which was very high (but shipping price is not my complaint). The dvd should have arrived weeks ago. I have tried contacting them at the e-mail addresses provided and have received no response.

I fear that I have been duped and would just like to get my money back.
