To whom it may concern- I have had no complaints of [redacted] not returning phone messages- I have over and over again given you his number- he does the repairs and still has the unit in [redacted] area where it has always been It would be great if you could come get the unit We )I am not asking for more money to be exchanged When you spoke to [redacted] in the very beginning of picking up this unit you had said that you tried to have it fixed somewhere else and they too fell into road blocks I figured it was the shop owner as we have been fixing and repairing sincerely and fairly for a long time I am sad to say that this has made me wary of what issues lied with the unit prior and the unit was NOT brand new If the unit was brand new then we would have advised you to have it looked at from the original purchaser and have it fixed under warranty I have sent another text to [redacted] as he is not doing repairs for us anymore due to his current job taking him over seas more

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Just to clear this up once and for all: You (***) should not assume or state facts you don't really know We bought this electric scooter NEW direct from [redacted] , and the One year warranty had expired when we realized there was an issue We purchased a new specific battery for this unit which did not fix the situation, and we found your repair services, someone,(***?) came and picked it up eventually ordered a new motor and here we are months later......Thank you, It's yours to dispose off...we are doneperiod Thank you Revdex.com this is the most communication we have had with them

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: We are sorry to be your problem, but you made it by not communicating with us.  We have NO recollection of your telling us
the costs to REPAIR our electric scooter. Your company came and took the unit to fix, at which time we paid for a NEW MOTOR. We had left numorous messages for 
YOU & [redacted] to tell us what was happening - with NO response or you would talk to Service man ([redacted]) and get back to us.. NO RESPONSE !!
We only have 1 phone number for 19+ years with a very good answering/message machine. NEVER had we recieved a message from either of you regarding the costs
or it's NOT repairable or to come and get it or what do you want to do....
All we ask:  is tell us where the unit is and what the repairs were to cost, if it is repairable and  LET US MAKE THE FINAL DETERMINATION !!  It was Brand new
with about 8 hours on it.....I mentioned to [redacted] before that there was a communication problem

To whom it may concern,
 The above complaint involves a product that has more than a simple repair issue.  The product is a specialized scooter that my engineer has tried many different ways to fix and resolve the issue for the customer.  The product had parts repaired which in turn...

created welding and additional funds that needed to be paid to my engineer.  The labor costs have outweighed the $380 amount they are stating.  My engineer had tried numerous times to return the scooter, contact to them was tried and with no response the unit was set aside.  We often in 17 years in this business receive "junker" mobility products that people decide NOT to spend the funds on and then they neglect to come pick them up.  As I and my employee are also full-time in the health and mechanical engineering field I do not have the man power to chase these repairs around.  I still have a power chair from a customer from over one year ago.  I want to recycle the unit but as this is my first ever complaint with your Company I was afraid to discard it in case something like this would happen.  I have since taken better processions on our repair acceptance.  Individuals think that these are easy repairs...many manufacturers are from over seas and we have a hard time getting parts. My goal has always been to help the person obtain Mobility and for 16 years we have been able to figure that out.  I am sorry this individuals unit needed more than what they wanted to spend or budgeted for.  This customer could have come to our shop and picked up the unit many months ago.  when we do not receive a response I or my delivery service is not just going to show up on a private residence and "drop something off".
To close I need to emphasize that the time, labor in welding and troubleshooting has exceeded the amount paid thus far.  I as a business owner am taking a loss financially and I will end up having to deliver this unit to a junk yard and pay another fee.
