Northside Mattress and Furniture

Hello this ***, I spoken with the staff at Ralph's Northside Mattress and Furniture on several occasions about my furniture. I submitted my voucher to them on February 20, 2020 at which time I asked when would I receive my furniture, the older female employee told me " in 3 weeks". On March 12, 2020 I called the store and was told by a male employee there that they were backed up and we're still working on orders prior to February 20th and that I would get a call when my order was ready. After that the covid-19 pandemic started and everything was shut down which was understandable but upon the reopening of their furniture store I called June 15, 2020 and was told that I should be receiving my furniture the following week. On Friday June 26th 2020 at 1:36 pm a female employee from their store called me and asked me if it was ok to deliver my furniture at first I asked her could you all deliver it on Monday she in return said if I waited that it wouldn't be a sure day of when I would receive it if I couldn't get it that day, so I told her ok go ahead and bring it and she told someone in the background that I said ok and they could deliver that day. She also told me that they would call me and it would be sometime that evening of Friday June 26, 2020, at 6:21pm I call to find out what time that you all would be delivering the furniture and it wasn't until then that I learned that you all weren't going to deliver my furniture due to one of the delivery trucks supposedly breaking down but if I wouldn't have called I would have been waiting for my furniture and it would have never shown up, I had paid people to help me to bring the furniture in my house and now I'm out of money for that day and I'm not sure I'll be able to get that help again because these people have jobs and things of their own to do. Here is the other smack in the face I got during that same call on June 26, 2020 the male employee or owner whomever he was stated that I would receive my furniture tomorrow which was Saturday June 27, 2020 between 2-4pm, which was another lie because when I called at 2:05pm and was told that the delivery people were out and it would be later than that before they would come, He said it will be around 7pm because they weren't due to close until 9pm, so again I waited. At 6:35 I called back to see if you all were indeed going to deliver my furniture again the response was " our delivery people are still out and if not this evening it will be Monday". I'm disabled and I've been sleeping on the floor since February and I thought that was all over in March after my initial 3 week wait but obviously not and the fact that they called me and told me that they were delivering my furniture but aren't holding up to their promises gives me no choice but to take this matter a step further and that's why I'm contacting you all. It is very unprofessional and inconsiderate to treat me as a customer the way that they have, voucher or cash I'm still a paying customer because my voucher is guaranteed payment which is same as cash and if it weren't a good form of payment they wouldn't have accepted it. Since they aren't/haven't held up to their promises I'm inclined to ask you all to take the necessary steps to insure that this will not ever happen again.
