due diligence was taken with his estimates. When reviewing this customer's original estimate it became clear that the former Project Manager had not taken all aspects of the job in to consideration. We then revisited the property and made an appropriate bid for the client. The client was unhappy with the bid as it was higher than the original estimate. We explained to the customer that this bid included every aspect of the job. We did offer several cost reduction options which she was not interested in. We at no time had a signed contract with this customer this project was only in the bidding phase. We would be happy to do this project for the customer, but she does not want to pay the cost required for us to perform the work. We as a business cannot do a job for less than the costs involved and it was the customer's choice not to move forward. Northrup always strives for a high level of customer service and we are sorry this customer feels she did not receive that. We wish her luck on her project.
