We understand that customer have faced an issue with us regarding return and refund. We have checked the case, customer did get Return Instructions from us to send the item back. When customer contacted us on Nov. 22, 2016 about the return and refund. We checked our return records and were...
unable to find out the return from customer.
We asked tracking information from customer so that we may track it and if it shows delivered then we can directly refund to customer without waiting for a return report from our return processing centre. However, customer was not able to provide tracking details. Therefore, we informed customer that due to huge returns after Halloween Season it may take some more time. We keep on processing returns but customer return or return info was never received and we again told customer that since we have not received it yet that we request you to get in touch with shipper to get tracking details since they will be having a record for it and we assure you that we will process refund instantly but customer never responded after that.
We also mentioned in Return Instructions to provided us return tracking number in order us to get it processed fast on the basis of delivery status. There might be possibility that return package is lost by shipper or sent to wrong address etc.
We do process refunds for returns etc. and we have maintained high rating which is done by an independent review company on our behalf and try to solve the issues of the customers if there are still any.
However, we understand that sometimes we may also stumble so going beyond out return policy we are processing refund to customer.
