Review: purchased a an IR extender cable from the company. the company took my money the same day but I never received the product. emails to the company kept getting kicked back. I used the contact info from paypal and reached [redacted]responded with an excuse that he was out out of town due to a death in the family and that he would fulfill the order when he got back over the weekend. I responded back that he is only 30 miles from my house so he can figure out how to get me the cable quickly and he responded that he would figure out how to get the cable to me and I never heard back from him.Desired Settlement: I put in a claim through paypal but I want to make sure I get my money back from them.

Review: I ordered a cable needed for work and they billed my credit card and they received the funds but I did not receive any parts. when I called there is no answer I left messages but no response. I would either like to receive the order or be refunded my money.[redacted]Desired Settlement: refund or part ordered.

Review: On Sat 6/**/13, I ordered online one "USB powered I/R Extender IRXT-USB-12" for $30.00 plus shipping costs of $11.90 for a total purchase of $41.90 (order #[redacted]). On 6/**/13, my MasterCard statement reflects a charge for the full purchase price of $41.90. As of today, I've yet to receive delivery of this product. I've made numerous phone calls and sent emails with absolutely no response. I have all the paperwork supporting my stated complaint and am happy to provide such if requested.

Review: On January *, 2014 I placed an order for a USB powered IR repeater [IRXT-USB-12], at this online retailer. I received a confirmation that the order had been received and that current status could be retrieved from the Yahoo Order Store. Payment was taken from my AMEX account on Jan * by Northeaastb NY [redacted]. I have not received product and I am unable to reach them:1. The telephone number ###-###-#### has been canceled. The alternate number ###-###-####, has a full mailbox and hence will not take a message. I did manage to reach a man once, but he said that he was at the bank and would call me back -- and he never did.2. The published [redacted] bounces back messages.This has all the makings of a scam. The website looks very professional which gave me a false sense of security.[redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund to AMEX
