regarding this issueThere was a prior minor spring issue that was resolved in*** as customer did not contact us further regarding this issueRegarding current complaint, it's unfortunate that the product is years past the manufacturer fabric warranty; we did request and receive pictures from Customer on ***At this time we advised our customer that there warranty had expired, although they did purchase a year stain warranty ...tears and PVC cracks are not covered under that warrantyAs a customer service gesture we inform customer that we would contact manufacturer for assistance and pricing on any fabric also we would have our service technician follow up with an estimate on repairs once we received proper pricing on materials requiredWe have contacted manufacturer several times and unfortunately as to this date we have not heard back from the vendorWe followed up again as of today and hoping for a resolution soon for our customerThe vendor's customer service department assured us there would be a response soonUnfortunately the product is over years old and years out of warranty so we will not be able to offer a replacementAs common courtesy we would arrange for pickup and delivery to and from repair depot at no charge, also assist in negotiation for the best possible price on materials and repair cost for our customerAt this time we are unsure of material cost and availability of materials, once we have all required information we can at that time arrange and assist our customer through the repair processIt has only been approximately month since customer first contacted us with this complaint and generally out of warranty issues can take a little longer to resolve

The manager was out to look at the sofa and the matter is being looked into further, so we are pleased that that they took the time to come to the house and take a look...thank you
