The registered owner of the vehical is [redacted] and [redacted] [redacted] is my sister and [redacted] is her x husband they gave me the vehical about years ago I have not been able to register the vehical into my name beacuse of a lean that was on it witch is now paid off I am just waiting for [redacted] to arive home from out of the country to sighn the final paperwork
