Revdex.com:The way the person I was dealing with was not at all interested in explaining to me what was going on. I had texted him emailed him and called him to inquire as to what the heck was going on. I was afraid that I was being scammed. His lackadaisical attitude toward my concerns made me escalate this. I contacted him on a Friday night and he stated I will look into it on Monday>????? really? No concern no nothing... That really made me start to over think everything and thats why I contacted the Revdex.com.... I was scared that I was being scammed.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12652206, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Manuel Valdez
[redacted] and [redacted] applied for a refinancing mortgage on February 9, 2015 and were expecting to receive $6,000 cash from the transaction.
At closing, we discovered that real estate taxes due and payable on the property had not yet been paid by the [redacted]’s current mortgage holder, [redacted]...
[redacted], in the amount of $1,415.34. As part of the refinancing transaction, it was necessary that these taxes be paid from the proceeds of the loan. Correspondingly, since the taxes were paid from the refinancing proceeds, the escrow reserve refunded to Mr. and Ms. [redacted] increased by $1,415.34.
In summary, the unexpected decrease in the refinancing proceeds from NASB were directly offset by an unexpected increase in tax escrow refunded to the [redacted]s by [redacted].
